| 摘 要： | 成人教育网络式发展模式作为第三代远程教育的主体模式，具有高效性、便利性、经济性、平等性等特点。本文对实施成人教育网络式发展模式的客观依据进行了分析，并对实施这一模式的指导思想和政策措施进行了阐述。
