摘    要:经不同浓度壳聚糖处理的火鹤幼苗中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、多酚氧化酶(PPO),过氧化物酶(POD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性较对照都有不同程度的提高.但随着壳聚糖浓度的不同而有所不同.其中,以0.2%的壳聚糖促进作用最为明显,而且不同浓度的壳聚糖在处理的不同天数表现出不同的变化趋势。

Abstract:Anthurium scherzerianum in vitro were treated by chitosan with different concentration. The result showed that the activities of Catalase(CAT), Peroxidase(POD), Polyphenoloxidase(PPO) and Phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL) increased with various degrees, but with the varying of concentration chitosan,of which 0.2 percent of the chitosan promote the most obvious, and different concentrations of chitosan in dealing with different number of days show different trends.
