| 摘 要： | 从人才学角度出发,以社会需求为视角,对中国朝鲜族聚居区延边州体育人才现有情况和社会所需情况及体育人才培养系统的培养模式、专业设置、课程设置做了系统调查,结果表明延边州体育人才培养目标、课程设置、培养规模等与社会对体育人才需求之间存在着矛盾.应改变单一的体育人才培养模式和部分陈旧的教学内容,以适应社会发展的要求.

| Abstract: | From the point of the intelligelce and society meeting, the paper makes some researches to the situation of P.E.talents in existence and society meeting, cultivation mode, speciality setting, curriculum setting of P. E. talents cultivation. The result shows there is a big conflict between cultivation goal, curriculum setting, cultivation size of P. E. talents and talents meeting in kanBian. We should change the sole mode of talents cultivation and dated contents to adapt the require of society development. |
