摘    要:研究目的:研究服用蛤蚧口服液的大鼠作游泳力竭运动时,减轻和防止自由基对机体组织的损伤和抗疲劳作用.研究方法:灌喂蛤蚧口服液的大鼠为实验组与对照组比较测试二组在力竭运动时运动能力,线粒体丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血乳酸、ATP的合成能力和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的变化.研究结果:实验组与对照组比较运动能力显著提高,MDA降低明显,GSH-Px、SOD显著增高,血乳酸降低,ATP和CAT明显增高.蛤蚧口服液作为一种有效的体能恢复剂,在推广和利用上有广泛的前景.

Abstract:The paper is to study the mechanism of free radical's lessening and preventing the injury of the body tissues and its anti fatigue role in exhausted rats taking Gejie. The rats are divided into two groups: the test group taking Gejie and the control group and the ability of movement, MDA, GSH Px, SOD, the value of the plasma, synthesizing ability of ATP and changes of the gejie of both groups are determined. The result shows that there is an improvement in the ability of movement, an obvious decrease of MDA, an increase of the activity of GSH Px and SOD, a lower level of blood lactic acid and an increase of the value of ATP and CAT. It proves that Gejie is effective in restoring physique and has a bright future in the market.
