| 摘 要： | 通过北京市中小学学校体育的现状分析,对北京市中小学体育课正常开课率、执行体育教学大纲的情况、校本教材建设、师资队伍建设、课外活动的开展、落实每天1 h体育活动的情况、推行新课程标准中出现的问题等进行了深度分析;提出了北京市中小学体育师资建设、场地设施、发展模式、应对课程改革的观念、课程改革重点、体育教学评价机制、课余体育活动和体育传统项目学校的发展等八个方面的发展对策.

| Abstract: | Though the analysis of the status in quo of the physical education in primary and middle schools in Peking,this study conducted the profound analysis of the development ratio of the physical education courses in primary and middle schools in Peking,the situation of enforcing physical education teaching program,the construction of teaching material based curriculum,the construction of the teachers' contingent,the development of the extra-curricular sports activities,the situation of fulfilling sports activities one hour and one day,the problems emerging from pushing new curriculum criterion and so on.This article proposed the development countermeasures which involves in eight aspects: construction of physical education teachers' contingent in primary and middle schools in Peking,development patterns,reply the conception of the courses reformation,the emphases of the courses reformation,the evaluation machine-made of the physical education teaching,extra-curricular sports activities and development of the traditional school of sport events and so on. |
