| 摘 要： | 为研究体育锻炼对不同家庭背景的大学生心理状况的影响,随机抽取750名在校一年级大学生作为研究对象,按家庭背景将其分成独生子女和非独生子女、城市和农村两大组,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行评价,比较两大组在军事体育锻炼前、后的心理状况变化.结果发现:军训前,独生子女组的心理状况优于非独生子女组,城市组优于农村组;军训后,独生子女组和非独生子女组的心理状况没有显著性差异;城市组与农村组的差异逐渐缩小.结论:军事体育锻炼有利于大学生的心理健康,其中对非独生子女大学生、农村生源大学生心理的改善作用大于独生子女和城市生源的大学生. |

| Abstract: | To study the effect s of military t raining on psychology of the college student s f rom different family backgrounds ,SCL - 90 was used in 600 college student s who were divided into those coming f rom family with only one child and family with more than one child ,f rom the city and f rom the count ryside. It was shown that before the military t raining , the psychological state of the student s coming f rom families with only one child was better than those f rom families with more than one child and those f rom the coun- t ryside. After the military t raining ,the differences were narrowed. It was proved that the military t raining was beneficial to the psychological health of the college student s. It was especially good for the student s f rom families with one than one child and f rom the count ryside. |
