| 摘 要： | 教练员与运动员之间是一种特殊的人际关系。这种关系既是社会公民间的平等关系。又是师生间教育与被教育的关系,也是长幼间相互关心体贴的关系。这种关系的三个层面本身在调节教练员与运动员关系时所处的地位不同。要处理好教练员与运动员之间的关系,了解掌握其关系的特点与规律有重要意义,把握不同时期、不同阶段关系变化的规律。

| Abstract: | There exists a special relation between trainers and sportsman. This kind of relation is the citizen relation on an equal basis, the teacher-student that teachers teach and students are taught, as well as the elder-young relation that el- ders and the young show solicitude and consideration one another. These three aspects stand at the different positions. In or- der to deal with it well, it is important to grasp the characteristics and laws of this kind relation. Both sides in teaching and leanring should dearly know his role, and grasp the laws of this kind of relation in different periods and stages. |
