摘    要:健美操情感教学的目的是要使会员获得身、心两方面的健与美。因此教练必须深入了解把握会员的心理特征,在套路创编、教学方法、手段和自身修养等环节上狠下工夫,为会员创造一个能全方位适应其心理规律和需要的教学环境。本文着重从情感教学出发,运用情感教学心理学原理实行情感教育使情感贯穿于整个教学过程中,能够激发会员持续锻炼的动机和兴趣,收到良好的教学效果。
