| 摘 要： | 许可使用是解决电子环境下图书馆电子资源使用和管理的有效途径。本文论述了许可使用和著作权法之间的关系，并对许可使用的研究文献进行了评述，提出了许可使用研究尚存的问题及亟待研究的方向。
