| 摘 要： | 优化教师教育工作,促进教师专业发展,是“十一五”期间教师教育的核心和价值取向。在区域教师教育工作中,应始终贯穿研训一体、校本研修、教师教育现代化的发展理念,统筹规划、明确目标、落实责任、注重内涵,积极探索远程研训,着力开发研训专题,扎实推进教师教育工作。

| Abstract: | Optimizing teachers' education and promoting teachers' professional development are the focus and tendency of teachers' education during the "eleventh five-year plan".In regional teachers' education,we should always stick to the idea of combining training and research together,school-based training and developing modern teachers' education.We should also plan it as a whole,make the aim clear,fulfill responsibility,pay attention to connotation,research on distance training,explore training subject and improve teachers' education. |
