| 摘 要： | 本文通过对天津滨海新区在岗职工继续教育需求调查结果的分析，认为天津滨海新区在岗职工有接受继续教育的需求，但时间成为他们接受继续教育的主要障碍，现代远程教育的特点决定了这种教育形式能够满足他们的学习需要，远程教育机构也应该从教育理念、师资建设、课程建设和教学内容上进行改革，满足在岗职工的继续教育需求。

| Abstract: | There is a demand for continuous education from on-the-job staff ofTianjin Binhai New Areas but the time spent in learning is an obstacle that prevents them from learning. It is the mode of distance education that can meet the need of their learning Therefore, the organization should improve their instructional notion, teaching staff, learning and teaching materials to meet the need of the on-the-job staff. |
