果胶壳聚糖复合磁性微球制备及吸附性能

摘    要:果胶和壳聚糖在适当的体系下能复合成聚电介质复合物PEC,并采用Fe3O4修饰制备了一种吸附剂-Fe3O4-PEC复合磁性微球,并通过红外光谱、扫描电镜和差热分析对其进行表征.探究了以下四种因素对Fe3O4-PEC复合磁性微球吸附溶液中Cu^2+量的影响:吸附时间、吸附剂用量、Cu^2+的浓度和溶液的pH.结果表明,PEC复合磁性微球的有效吸附时间为1.5h;考虑到单位吸附量和去除率的影响,PEC复合磁性微球的最佳用量为50mg;铜离子的最佳初始浓度为100μg/mL;溶液的pH在5.72左右时,吸附量最佳,达到20.33mg/g。

Abstract:Pectin and Chitosan can be synthesized to dielectric complex PEC under a suitable system.An adsorbent was synthesized with PEC by combining the magnetic ferroferric oxide nanoparticles,which is characterized by IR,SEM and the TG/DTA.The conditions to the adsorption of Cu^2+were systemically investigated by the PEC composite magnetic microsphere absorbents,such as the adsorption time,the adsorbent dosages,the concentration of Cu^2+and the value of pH.The result shows that the best time of adsorption is 1.5hby the PEC composite magnetic microspheres.Considering the unit adsorption and the removal rate,it is the best conditions to choose the dosage of 50 mg and the concentration of Cu2+of 100μg/mL.The value of pH should be controlled at about 5.72 because it can get the maximum adsorption,which can reach 20.33mg/g.
