| 摘 要： | 教师培训中的创新教育，是值得认真研究的一个重要课题。一是要进行增强创新意识和树立创新观念的培训，二是要加强创新素质的培养，三是要注重创新教学方法的方法，四是要进行培养和训练科学的创新思维的教育，五是要加强熟练并运用现代化教育教学手段辅助教学的技能培训，六是要不断提高教师创新教育的科研意识，强化对教师科研水平及能力的提高和培训。

| Abstract: | It is a very important subject to study the innovation teaching in teachers' training. First, to carry out the training of increasing innovation consciousness and setting up innovation idea. Second, to strengthen the training of innovation competence. Third, to pay more attention to the training of innovating teaching methods. Fourth, to carry out the teaching of training scientific innovating thoughts. Fifth, to strengthen the technical training in skillfully mastering and using modern educational teaching methods to help teaching. Sixth, to continuously improve teacher's scientific sense in studying in innovating teaching as well as raising and training teachers' ability in stuying. |
