基于聚苯胺-壳聚糖复合膜的葡萄糖电化学生物传感器的制备

摘    要:在玻碳电极表面通过循环伏安法的电聚合修饰聚苯胺膜,再利用壳聚糖将葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)固定于修饰电极表面,制成新型的葡萄糖传感器;通过循环伏安法、交流阻抗技术和计时电流法考察了电极的电化学特性;考察了壳聚糖用量和电聚合圈数对修饰电极的影响;采用电流-时间法考察了该传感器对葡萄糖的电化学响应特性。结果表明,该传感器对葡萄糖的响应速度为3.5s。在优化的实验条件下,该传感器在葡萄糖浓度为9.6×10-8~5.12×10-7mol/L、5.12×10-7~1.12×10-6mol/L范围内有线性响应,检测限为3.3×10-8mol/L。样品测定的加标回收率为96.1%~101.5%。此外该传感器具有响应快、稳定性好和选择性好的特点。

Abstract:Bedecking the polyaniline membrane on the surface of glassy carbon electrode through cyclic voltammetry and fixing the glucose oxidase ( GOD) on the bwdecked glassy carbon by chitosan , new glucose biosensor can be manufactured .After inspecting electrochemical properties of electrode in the way of cyclic voltammetry , alternating-current impedance techniques and chronoamperometry , and inspecting effects of this sensor on glucose response characteristics, it shows that the glucose response speed of this sensor is 3.5s and under optimized experiments , the sensor has linear response in glucose concentration as 9.6 ×10 -8 -5.12 ×10 -7 mol/L、5.12 ×10 -7 1.12 ×10 -6 mol/L.Besides , the sensor has advantages of quick response , great stability and selectivity .
