| 摘 要： | 在日常生活中突发性事故的急救治疗、医院对病人的手术过程中的创伤止血、特别是战争中受伤战士的救护中,患者局部有效的快速止血非常重要。尽早的控制出血成为降低患者死亡的最佳策略。该文针对常用止血材料在使用中的局限性,详细分析了快速止血材料的止血效果和止血机制,并展望了止血材料的未来发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Uncontrolled hemorrhage is the leading cause of preventable accidents and combat-related deaths.Therefore,stopping the bleeding as early as possible is the best strategy to reduce the mortality.With respect to the limitation of the common hemostatic product,this article summarizes the progress on the hemostatic materials,hemostatic effect and mechanism of hemostasis.Finally,the development of hemostatic product in the future will tend to be functional hemostatic materials with acceleration of wounded healing. |
