| 摘 要： | 大学理念是大学内在的观念与信念。当代大学面临着一个两难选择：一方面是对社会的责任；另一方面是对真理的承诺。大学作为学术机构，既要对真理忠诚又要对社会忠诚，这是现代大学理念建构中的一对矛盾。这一矛盾具体表现为：目标理念的学术型与职业型的冲突；学术理念的基础研究与应用研究的冲突及管理理念的学术权力与行政权力的冲突。而冲突的实质来源于价值观的分野，即理想主义学术价值观与功利主义学术价值观的对立。

| Abstract: | The Idea of university are the innate concept and faith.The pre se nt universities are facing a dilemma:one is responsibility for the society,one is promise of truth.As a academic constitution,universities have a moral prob-l em in constructing contemporary ideas of university,i.e.contradiction between fa ith to truth and responsibilities for soci-ety.The following shows the contradi ction:conflict between academic target and vocational target,conflict between ba sic study and application study,conflict between academic power and administrati ve power.The conflicts originate from the different values,i.e.academic values of idealism and utilitarianism. |
