| Abstract: | Libraries of tertiary institutions in China have been developing fast in the past years. The author of this paper holds that on the basis of years of fast development libraries should establish the scientific concept of development. Libraries should center on people, adapt themselves to social and economic development, keep pace with the development of higher education and follow the principles governing the running of libraries so as to achieve a healthy and fast development. |
