| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是用科学的世界观和方法论来看待和解决为什么发展,为谁发展,怎样发展的新理念.科学发展观是高校图书馆科学发展的必然选择,高校图书馆树立科学发展观的前提是理念和意识的变革,核心是以人为本,重点是培养人才,关键是深化人事制度改革,保障是建立、健全人力资源管理机制,从而推动高校图书馆事业不断发展,不断辉煌.

| Abstract: | The scientific standpoint of development is to scientifically deal with and solve the following major issues of for whom to develop,why to develop,and how to develop with a scientific world outlook and methodology.The sci-entific standpoint of development is the necessary choice of the development of libraries of colleges and universities.The necessary presupposition of the establishment of scientific standpoint of development is the transformation of concepts and consciousness,with the humane as its foundation,the cultivation as its core.The reform of personnel system should be deepened,and the mechanism of human resources management should be constructed and improved so as to propel the library cause of colleges and universities forward. |
