| Abstract: | The orientation to the role of the assistant director of the librarian is a helper and a counsellor, a closed friend of the staff and the resders. The conclusion of its functions are participating administrative affairs, management, coordinating many relationships,performing authorities;and as well the requirements to it are the high quality of the thought,the nice professional moral character, the outsanding psychological quality, the reasonable structure of the konwledge, the perfect ability accomplishment. |
