| 摘 要： | 标准化可以提高信息资源管理效率和质量,促进信息资源共享。在信息资源管理基础标准中,信息资源本身的标准化和数据标准化是关键。鉴此,主要就标准对信息资源管理的影响,信息资源管理的基础标准进行阐述,在此基础上针对我国信息资源管理现状提出标准先行策略。
