| 摘 要： | 信息政治经济学 ,就是运用政治经济学的观点、方法分析信息生产、交换、使用过程中所体现的社会关系。从信息政治经济学角度看 ,信息商品化的代价之一是削弱了信息的公共财富性质 ,对图书馆提出了严峻挑战 ;而信息分化 ,会造成贫富不同的阶层占有信息上的不平等。公共图书馆应在市场和政府之间调整好关系 ,在缓和信息分化、开展终身教育、提高国民素质等方面发挥作用 ,发展自我。参考文献 2 9。
