根据对安徽省部分农村中小学调查发现,由于农村地区教师缺乏现代教育技术理论知识与信息技术能力,使得项目使用效率较低,作用未能得到充分发挥,同时中小学教师国家级培训计划由于针对性不强,不能有效满足农村中小学教师需求。文章就如何利用中小学教师国家级培训计划促进"农远工程"项目发展,提出了"国培计划"有必要与"农远工程"相融合,并探讨了融合方法。 相似文献

Seventy-five science teachers from schools across Australia were interviewed in 1991 as part of the Science Education Professional Development Project (SEPD), a Department of Employment, Education and Training (DEET) funded Project of National Significance with a brief to develop a strategy to enhance the professional development of science teachers. At the time of interviewing there was considerable discussion about the implementation of a new classification, the Advanced Skilled Teacher. A major purpose of this Award Restructuring was to offer a career path for classroom teachers. In order to retain good science teachers and to encourage them to continue in the important role of classroom teaching it is crucial to understand and to meet their professional development needs. But what does it mean to develop and grow as a science teacher? What constitutes quality professional development? What do science teachers expect from professional development activities? “中央电大人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”项目是广播电视大学系统实施现代远程教育,形成开放教育网络,构建终身教育体系的重要举措。“试点”在高教司的直接领导下,以课题研究的形式开展。其中,远程开放教育的学习模式是“试点”研究的重点之一。因此,加强对现代远程开放教育学习模式研究,培养学生创新能力,对构建我国现代远程开放教育条件下的新型人才培养模式具有重要意义。建构主义学习理论强调学习是人与环境相互作用的产物。建构主义学习理论对基于多媒体计算机和基于Internet的网络通信技术的远程开放教育学习具有重要的指导作用。本文通过对建构主义学习理论的分析,探讨在远程开放教育条件下学习模式的构建。 相似文献

This paper reviews the introduction of a new primary Diploma in Education at the National Teacher Training College. As the only institution responsible for initial primary teacher education in Lesotho, it carries much responsibility for bringing about change and improving the quality of teachers. The introduction of the Diploma in Education (Primary) (DEP) in 1998 was to meet this challenge.The paper draws from several sub-studies of the Multi-Site Teacher Education Research (MUSTER) Project1, using a variety of research methods. It describes the new curriculum, how it is taught, and how students perceive it, and identifies several contradictions and disjunctions both within the programme and within the college. The paper concludes with a discussion about how curriculum reform can be managed in such a teacher training college. 相似文献
