采用问卷调查法对怀化学院乒乓球专项课运动损伤的情况进行了调查。结果显示：乒乓球专项课运动损伤情况较严重,发生率达70%;发生运动损伤的部位依次是肩关节、腰部、膝关节、踝关节、肘关节、腕关节、指关节;导致运动损伤的主要原因是：训练水平不足、准备活动不充分、疲劳堆积、身体素质差。针对损伤原因,提出了预防措施。 相似文献

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法,对沈阳师范大学体育教育专业田径实践课运动损伤情况的调查,分析了40名学生运动损伤的状况。结果显示：在田径教学和训练中短跑、跨栏、跳远三项学生运动损伤几率较大,最易损伤的关节是踝关节,膝关节次之,运动损伤以关节韧带损伤最高。建议：加强运动员的体能和技术训练,要加强易伤部位和相对薄弱部位的训练,合理安排运动量和运动强度,每次训练后安排适量的整理活动、按摩等,采用积极方法以促进疲劳的消除。 相似文献
