采用肖计划等编制的＂应付方式问卷＂、肖水源设计的社会支持评定量表及美国国立卫生统计中心制订的总体幸福感量表,对5所幼儿园的150名幼儿教师进行了调查,结果表明：（1）＂解决问题＂、＂求助＂这两种应对方式与幼儿教师总体幸福感得分存在显著的正相关（P〈0.001）;（2）＂自责＂、＂幻想＂、＂退避＂、＂合理化＂这四种应对方式与幼儿教师总体幸福感得分存在显著的负相关（P〈0.001）;（3）社会支持量表得分与幼儿教师总体幸福感得分存在显著的正相关（P〈0.001）;（4）社会支持量表得分和应对方式中的＂解决问题＂这一应对方式对幼儿教师的总体幸福感有预测作用。最后提出了提升幼儿教师总体幸福感的干预对策。 相似文献

目的：了解师范生亲社会行为的状况及其与感戴之间的关系。方法：采用丛文君等人修订的由Gustavo Carlo编制的《亲社会倾向测量问卷》和孙文刚等人修订的由Watkins等人编制的《大学生感戴量表（GRAT）》对800名师范生进行测查。结果：①师范生的亲社会行为略高于平均水平（3.33±0.44）;男生的公开亲社会行为高于女生（t=2.27,p〈0.05）;来自城镇的师范生的公开亲社会行为高于农村（t=2.25,p〈0.05）,匿名亲社会行为低于农村（t=-2.26,p〈0.05）;独生子女的依从亲社会行为高于非独生子女（t=3.59,p〈0.001）,匿名亲社会行为低于非独生子女（t=-2.26,p〈0.05）;艺术生的公开性亲社会行为高于文科生、理科生（F=16.29,p〈0.001）,依从性亲社会行为也高于文科生、理科生（F=17.16,p〈0.001）;理科生的情绪性亲社会行为低于文科生、艺术生（F=7.85,p〈0.001）。②师范生感戴及其三个子维度与亲社会行为均呈显著正相关（p〈0.01）。③回归分析表明,感戴对亲社会行为有显著正向预测作用（R2=0.104,p〈0.01）。结论：师范生的感戴水平影响其亲社会行为。 相似文献

调查采用高中生学业倦怠问卷和领悟社会支持问卷对300名农村高中生进行施测。目的在于探究领悟社会支持对农村高中生学业倦怠的影响。结果表明：（1）农村高中生学业倦怠水平较高,其中成就感低最为严重;（2）在性别、年级和科别上农村高中生学业倦怠不存在显著差异;（3）在领悟社会支持水平上农村高中生学业倦怠在.05水平上显著。调查研究的结论是：（1）性别、科别和年级等变量对农村高中生学业倦怠没有显著影响作用;（2）农村高中生学业倦怠与领悟社会支持之间在.05水平上显著,也就是说领悟社会支持的水平影响农村高中生的学业倦怠水平。 相似文献

以500名在校大学生为研究对象,采用社会支持评定量表、应对方式问卷和总体幸福感量表进行问卷调查,探讨大学生社会支持、应对方式与主观幸福感的关系,并检验应对方式的中介效应.结果显示:(1)社会支持在性别、年级差异上均无统计学意义;应对各因子性别差异无统计学意义,解决问题、自责、幻想、退避四个应对因子存在显著年级差异;主观幸福感得分男生显著高于女生,并存在显著年级差异.(2)社会支持与主观幸福感呈显著正相关;解决问题、求助两个应对因子与主观幸福感呈显著正相关,自责、幻想、退避、合理化四个应对因子与主观幸福感呈显著负相关.(3)社会支持对主观幸福感有明显的直接效应(β=0.289,P0.001),而且应对方式中介效应也显著(β=0.197,β=-0.366,P0.001),其中成熟应对方式中介效应占总效应的29.7%,不成熟应对方式中介效应占总效应的18.9%. 相似文献

目的调查云南师范大学学生就业焦虑现状。方法采用《就业焦虑量表》对云南师范大学200名学生进行调查研究。结果通过分析发现：性别在就业恐惧（t=2.346,p〈0.05）、面试焦虑（t=2.525,p〈0.05）和就业焦虑总分（t=2.289,p〈0.05）上存在显著差异;专业在就业恐惧（t=2.606,p〈0.01）、面试焦虑（t=3.301,p〈0.001）、工作焦虑（t=1.978,p〈0.05）和就业焦虑总分（t=2.626,p〈0.01）上存在显著差异;年级在就业恐惧（F=6.271,p〈0.001）、就业不安（F=7.231,p〈0.001）、面试焦虑（F=3.699,p〈0.01）、工作焦虑（F=7.260,p〈0.001）和就业焦虑总分（F=7.212,p〈0.001）上存在显著差异。结论学校应增强学生就业心理指导,关注学生就业心理健康问题。 相似文献

目的：了解专科毕业生的就业压力与择业效能感的状况及其关系.方法：采用《毕业生就业压力问卷》和《择业效能感问卷》对沧州师范学院465名2011届专科毕业生进行测试.结果：（1）专科毕业生的就业压力较大;不同性别、来源的专科毕业生的就业压力存在显著差异.（2）专科毕业生的择业效能感较高;不同性别、来源、师范生与非师范生的择业效能感存在显著差异.（3）专科毕业生的择业效能感与就业压力呈显著负相关,择业效能感对就业压力具有显著负向预测作用.结论：可以通过调整专科毕业生的择业效能感来缓解其就业压力. 相似文献

目的:为了探讨自尊心理是否在社会支持与主观幸福感之间起到中介变量作用.方法:采用领悟社会支持量表、自尊问卷和幸福感指数量表对43名犯罪青少年进行调查.结果:1主观幸福感总分与自尊总分(r=0.430,P0.001)、朋友支持(r=0.513,P0.001)和领悟社会支持总分(r=0.611,P0.001)呈显著正相关;2领悟社会支持以自尊中介于主观幸福感.结论 :1犯罪青少年的主观幸福感水平可以由社会支持和自尊等因素预测;2犯罪青少年的自尊心理在社会支持和主观幸福感之间起着一定的中介作用. 相似文献

The problem on the geometrc inequalities involving an n-dimensional simplex and its inscribed simplex is studied. Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius. Using virtual reality for interactive design gives a designer an intuitive vision of a design and allows the designer to achieve a viable, optimal solution in a timely manner. The article discusses the process of making the Virtual Reality System of the Humble Administrator＇s Garden. Translating building data to the Virtual Reality Modeling Language （VRML） is by far unsatisfactory. This creates a challenge for computer designers to do optimization to meet requirements. Five different approaches to optimize models have been presented in this paper. The other methods are to optimize VRML and to reduce the file size.
