因为携带着"看不见的行李",教师与学生之间、学生各种亚群体之间出现了文化差异与碰撞.现代学校教育应该成为多元文化教育."多元文化教育"不等于"跨文化教育",其实质是追求文化平等与社会民主的教育,是文化上的充分个性化的教育.基础教育的基本特性、我国的社会主义性质和社会现实,以及全面建设小康社会的目标,要求我国的基础教育课程改革应重视多元文化教育,以回应世界教育改革的大潮. 相似文献

20世纪初,霍勒斯·卡伦首次提出并阐释了"文化多元主义"思想,主张白人社会内部各种文化之间平等;黑人学者杜波依斯则站在本民族立场上开始了对美国黑人历史和文化的学术研究,成为"文化多元主义"的重要组成部分.在"文化多元主义"思想的启发下,20世纪30年代美国教育界对少数族裔教育政策进行了大范围的讨论,并且在40-50年代开展了"跨民族教育运动",这是多元文化教育改革的初步尝试,为60年代之后"多元文化主义"和多元文化教育的发展奠定了基础. 相似文献

多民族共同聚居与发展,形成了新疆民族多源生成、多元并存的文化体系和形式多样、独具魅力的少数民族体育项目,民族地区教育也呈现出多样性发展趋势。通过田野调查、个案研究,从多元文化教育理论的视角,探讨新一轮基础教育课程改革中的文化差异问题,以民族体育项目-摔跤为范例进行实证研究。研究认为将摔跤作为校本课程开发,具有较强的锻炼价值;能充分满足各族学生的学习需要;有利于少数民族文化的传承;有助于学校更好地实现体育课程目标,形成办学特色。在此基础上提出民族地区学校教育中应建立一种尊重差异、和谐共生的多元文化课程体系,多元文化教育更有利于新疆多民族文化之间的相互融合,使少数民族文化在教育体系中得以传播和传承。 相似文献
