为提高海上冷藏集装箱的运输品质,采用CFD软件对20英尺冷藏集装箱进行建模和数值分析.通过改变冷藏集装箱内货物的堆码方式,对箱内温度场分布进行仿真.结果表明:随着堆码高度的增加,箱内温度场分布不均匀度增大;随着堆码长度的增加,箱内温差变大,温度场不均匀度增大;随着堆码间隙及堆码与箱壁距离的增大,箱内温度场分布显著改善.对20英尺实体冷藏集装箱选择不同的堆码方式进行实验,结果与仿真具有较好的一致性.该结果对冷藏集装箱内货物堆码方式的选择具有指导和借鉴意义. 相似文献

为更深入地了解货物堆码方式对集装箱内温度场的影响,以下送风20英尺机械式冷藏集装箱为研究对象,通过建立3D紊流模型,对非稳态下箱内动态温度分布情况进行模拟.在装载量不变的情况下,采用CFD模拟4种工况下的箱内温度分布情况.模拟结果表明:货物左右对称堆码方式的温度场分布情况优于货物整体堆码方式的情况;合理地控制货物堆码高度及货物与箱壁侧面间隙可以有效防止湍流现象的发生;高温区域主要出现在门端偏后处和集装箱的拐角处.模拟结果与实验结果有良好的一致性,对冷藏集装箱内货物堆码方式的选择具有指导和借鉴意义. 相似文献

为提高集装箱码头堆场的利用率,对集装箱码头出口箱堆存策略进行研究.该研究基于堆场大量的历史数据,采用数据库统计查询技术对堆场原始数据进行选择、处理、分析,得到初始数据集合;然后选取数据分析方法中的聚类分析方法并采用基于密度及密度可达的聚类算法,通过软件编写程序实现该算法.通过初始数据集在程序中的运算得到结果簇,然后对该结果簇进行分析,得到出口箱堆场堆存的基本规则.仿真验证该方法的有效性,表明该方法可为集装箱码头制定出口箱堆存策略提供帮助,从而提高集装箱码头的效益. 相似文献

为对港口集装箱吞吐量进行科学预测,采用带外生变量的非线性自回归(NARX)模型对上海港的集装箱吞吐量进行预测.通过主成分分析法对港口吞吐量影响因子进行相关性分析,将筛选出的GDP作为外部输入因子引入NARX模型.实证分析发现,引入GDP的NARX神经网络模型对具有非线性特征的集装箱吞吐量数据有良好的映射逼近性.训练后的网络误差小且拟合度高,具有良好的泛化能力,预测性能较好. 相似文献
