为了切实提升电子信息类研究生的实践教学质量,分析了该类专业课程的公共核心内容,开发了一套以工程创新应用为导向的研究生综合实践平台。以实例的形式从理论验证与工程创新应用相结合的思路设计了系统的实践课程体系,并从工程需求引导、理论关联分析、应用设计探索提出了"三位一体"教学方式。介绍了课程实施过程,并分析了实施效果。实践表明,该平台及其课程能够多方位培养研究生的知识综合应用及解决实际问题的能力,激发创新意识,显著地提升他们的科研实践技能。 相似文献

研究生助教的培养是本科化学化工专业实验课程的一个重要组成部分,对于提高实验课程的教学水平具有重要的推动作用。为了解决目前高校研究生助教培训普遍存在的时间不足,内容局限性大等问题,根据化学化工专业实验课程的特点,设计了一套系统的研究生助教培训方案。该方案包括教学理论、教学技能以及实验操作与评分3个组成部分,尝试将讲授、阅读、小组讨论、录像分析以及实境演练等多种培训手段相结合,创建新的研究生助教培训模式。该培训方案可以有效地提高研究生助教的教学能力和本科实验课程的教学质量。 相似文献
