报道了用水蒸气蒸馏-萃取法提取千山侧柏叶中挥发性物质,测得提取的千山侧柏叶挥发油含量为2.0%。用GC/MS法从千山侧柏叶挥发油中分离并确定出30种化学成分,占总挥发油总检出量的98.67%.用峰面积归—化法通过化学工作站数据处理系统,得出各化学成分在挥发油中的相对百分含量.  相似文献

报道了用蒸馏—萃取法提取金银花中挥发性物质,测得金银花挥发油的含量为2.52%,用GC/MS法从金银花挥发油中分离并确定出50种化学成分。用峰面积归一化法通过化学工作站数据处理系统,得出各化学成分在挥发油中的相对百分含量。其中主要成分为酸类化合物占挥发油总量的59.76%,其次为酮类化合物占15.58%,醇类化合物占12.85%,萜类化合物占1.57%,萜类氧化物占1.32%,醛类化合物占1.74%,烷烃化合物占7.18%,共占金银花中挥发油总量的98.44%。  相似文献

报道了用同时蒸馏-萃取装置(SDE)提取百合花的挥发性物质,测得百合花挥发油含量为5.43%,用GC/MS法从百合花的挥发油中分离确认出19种化学成分,占提取出的百合花挥发油总含量的99.56%.其主要成分在挥发油中的含量为:酸类化合物(2个)占18.44%,醇奥化合物(4个)占7.64%,酸类化合物(3个)占63.04%,醛类化合物(3个)占2.72%,烯烃类化合物(2个)占1.68%,萜类氧化物(3个)占2.45%,苯的衍生物(1个)占2.74%,酮类化合物(1个)占0.85%.并用峰面积归一化法通过化学工作站数据处理系统得出各化学成分在挥发油中的百分含量.  相似文献

Separation of fluoxetine enantiomers on five chiral stationary phases (chiralcel OD-H, chiralcel OJ-H, chiralpak AD-H, cyclobond 1 2000 DM and kromasil CHI-TBB) was investigated. The optimal mobile phase compositions of fluoxetine separation on each column were hexane/isopropanol/diethyl amine (98/2/0.2, v/v/v), hexane/isopropanol/diethyl amine (99/1/0. l, v/v/v), hexane/isopropanol/diethyl amine (98/2/0.2, v/v/v), methanol/0.2% triethylamine acetic acid (TEAA) (25/75, v/v; pH 3.8) and hexane/isopropanol/diethyl amine (98/2/0.2, v/v/v), respectively. Experimental results demonstrated that baseline separation (Rs〉1.5) of fluoxetine enantiomers was obtained on chiralcel OD-H, chiralpak AD-H, and cyclobond I 2000 DM while the best separation was obtained on the last one. The eluate orders of fluoxetine enantiomers on the columns were determined. The first eluate by chiralcel OJ-H and kromasil CHI-TBB is the S-enantiomer, while by chiralpak AD-H and cyclobond 12000 DM is the R-enantiomer.  相似文献

The coal tar was qualitative and quantitative anMyzed by gas chromatography (GC) method. 74 components were identified exactly by gas chromatographY-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). 31 components (37%) were quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography-flame ionization detector (GC-FID). The linearity, accuracy, precision, limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantitative (LOQ) determination were inspected. The scope of quantitative analysis by CC was discussed. The experimental results of thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) proved that GC quantitative analysis of the coal tar was reliable.  相似文献

给兔静脉注射苦参碱后,血药浓度——时间曲线呈双指数型,符合开放式二室模型,用“3P87”程序对数据进行药动学模型拟合,求得药动学参数为 T_(1/2α),1.37min;T_1/2β), T6.58min; CL,23.59ml /min/kg; Vd,2.61 L /kg 。大鼠口服苦参碱后,各组织中的药物含量依次为肾、肝、肺、脑、心及血;其48h 内尿、24h 内粪及12h 内胆汁中的原形药物累积排泄量分别占给药量的53.73%、0.36%及0.27%。兔静脉给药后,12h 内尿及胆汁中的原形药物累积排出量分别占给药量的9.39%及0.37%。  相似文献

本文旨在探讨守宫木的组织培养技术和方法。实验采用守宫木带腋芽的茎段为材料。实验结果表明:启动和增殖培养以MS+BA1.5mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L+琼脂6g/L+蔗糖30g/L的效果最好;生根培养以MS+NAA0.1mg/L+琼脂6g/L+蔗糖20g/L的效果最好:在腐质土介质中移栽成活率可达95%。结果说明守宫木带腋芽的茎段离体繁殖,增殖系数大,适合于种苗快速繁殖。  相似文献

从2003年-2007年,将同期入院的69例晚期癌症患者随机分为联合宜利治组及化疗组,观察食欲改善情况、恶心呕吐反应及KPS评分指标。联合组食欲有反应84.3%(27/32),而对照组59.5%(22/37),组间比较差异有显著性(P〈0.01)。联合组恶心呕吐无反应68.7%(22/32),对照组47.5%(17/37),组间比较差异有显著性(P〈0.01);KPS评分增加10分56.2%(18/32),对照组18.9%(7/37),组间比较差异有显著性(P〈0.01)。甲地孕酮提高恶性肿瘤患者化疗期的耐受性有较好疗效。  相似文献

以钼磷杂多酸作为光催化还原剂制备了表面负载钼磷杂多酸的纳米金溶胶(PMo12-NGs),并将此PMo12-NGs修饰到具PVP膜的玻碳电极表面,考察该修饰电极的电化学行为.实验结果表明,用光催化还原法可直接制备得到杂多酸负载量大且均匀性好的纳米金,由此制备的纳米金修饰电极具有PMo12的良好的电化学行为,且电化学响应和电极稳定性优于单独PMo12修饰电极,该修饰电极对IO3^-等有明显的电催化还原作用,其催化速率常数k可达1.34×10^5mol^-1·L·s^-1.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法,以硝酸铜、二氯化锡和钛酸四丁酯为原料,加入十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)作软模板,制备CuO/SnO2/TiO2纳米复合物。分别用SEM、XRD、IR、UV-vis等对产物进行表征分析,CuO/SnO2/TiO2晶粒由锐钛矿相的TiO2、金红石相的SnO2和单斜晶系的CuO组成。以甲基橙为模拟污染物,研究其催化活性,结果表明CuO/SnO2/TiO2纳米复合物具有较好的光催化活性。  相似文献

目的:研究人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(haFGF)cDNA在不同表达系统中的表达,旨在得到高效表达haFGF的表达系统。方法:采用PCR方法扩增人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(haFGF)cDNA,将该cDNA片段分别插入表达载体pKK223-3及pET3C的表达框架中,筛选得到了重组质粒pKK223-3-haFGF及pET3C-haFGF,分别转化大肠杆菌JM109及BL21(DE3),构建了表达菌株JM109/pKK223-3-haFGF及BL21(DE3)/pET3C-haFGF,用IPTG诱导表达。结果;SDS-PAGE的结果表明,表达菌株BL21(DE3)/pET3C-haFGF能高效表达人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子,而JM109/pKK223-3-haFGF诱导后目标蛋白带不明显。结论:BL21(DE3)/pET3C表达系统更适于表达人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子。  相似文献

Objective: We aim to describe the environment iodine concentration in salt, water and soil along Zhejiang Province coast in the China foreland. It will be helpful for us to judge whether this area is insufficient in iodine and universal iodized salt is necessary or not. Methods: We collected iodized salt samples, drinking water samples (tap water in the towns, and well water or spring water in the villages), water samples from different sources (ditches, lakes, rivers) and soil samples through random sampling in June, 2005. Salt, water and soil iodine was detected by arsenic-cerium redox method. Statistical analysis was expressed as mean±SEMby Windows SPSS 13.0. Results: (1) The iodine concentration in salt was 27.9±4.33 mg/kg (n=108). (2) Seventy-five water samples were collected. The water iodine value was 0.6~84.8 μg/L (mean of 11.66 μg/L). The watershed along the Qiantang River has significantly higher iodine content than the water in Lin'an in mountain area (P<0.01). The iodine content and mean iodine content of tap water, well or spring water and natural water sources were 4.30±2.43 μg/L (n=34), 23.59±27.74 μg/L (n=19)and 12.72±10.72 μg/L (n=22) respectively. This indicated that among environmental water sources, the ditch iodine content was the highest with river water iodine being the lowest (P<0.01). (3) Soil iodine value was 0.11~2.93 mg/kg (mean of 1.32 mg/kg).Though there was no statistical difference of soil iodine in different districts (P=0.131), soil iodine content correlated positively with water iodine content. Conclusion: Iodine concentration in salt accords with national policy of adding iodine in salt. Foreland has more iodine in water than mountain area. The data reflected that water and soil iodine in foreland area was not high, which suggests universal iodized salt should be necessary. Environment iodine has relatively close association with pollution.  相似文献

Both geniposide (Ge) and natural borneol (NB) are bioactive substances derived from traditional Chinese herbs. The effect of NB on the pharmacokinetics of Ge in rat via intranasal administration was investigated. The concentrations of Ge in plasma were determined by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) after intranasal administration of Ge (4 mg/kg) alone and combined with different doses (0.08, 0.8, and 8 mg/kg) of NB. The intravenous administration was given as a reference (4 mg/kg of Ge and 8 mg/kg of NB). Compared with the intravenous administration, the absolute bioavailability of Ge was 76.14% through intranasal administration combined with NB. Compared with the intranasal administration of Ge alone, Ge could be absorbed rapidly in the nasal cavity combined with NB; the peak time of Ge in the plasma became shorter (3–5 min vs. 40 min); the peak concentration became higher (1.32–4.25 μg/ml vs. 0.67 μg/ml); and, the relative bioavailability of Ge combined with NB was 90.3%–237.8%. The enhancing effect was attenuated as the dose of NB decreased. The results indicated that NB can accelerate the absorption of Ge dose-dependently in the nasal cavity.  相似文献
