Pickering微乳液法合成聚苯胺/TiO_2复合纳米微球   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以低温水热法制备的超细金红石型TiO2纳米粒子为乳液稳定剂和前驱物,在甲苯/水微乳液体系(Pickering微乳液)中成功地制备了聚苯胺/TiO2(PAn/TiO2)复合纳米微球.用TEM,SEM,IR,TG-DTA等技术对纳米复合材料的形貌,化学结构、相结构和热稳定性能进行了表征.结果表明,复合材料的形貌呈球状,尺寸均一,平均粒径约为46nm;由于TiO2的存在,与纯的聚苯胺相比,复合材料中聚苯胺的晶化度较低;TiO2和聚苯胺分子链之间存在着较强的相互作用力,并对复合材料的热稳定性起促进作用.  相似文献

把科研成果与基础化学实验教学相结合,设计了石墨烯/聚苯胺合成及应用的综合型实验。采用鳞片石墨制备氧化石墨烯,通过水合肼还原得到石墨烯,并用原位聚合法制备出不同质量分数的石墨烯/聚苯胺杂化材料。采用透射电镜、拉曼光谱、红外光谱、X衍射对所制备的杂化材料进行表征。通过测试裸露碳钢片、聚苯胺以及不同质量分数杂化材料的塔菲尔腐蚀极化曲线来衡量不同材料在涂料中的防腐性能差异。该综合性实验有利于培养综合性、创新性人才。  相似文献

在含有0.2 mol.L-1苯胺的0.5mol.L-1H2SO4溶液中,采用循环伏安法(CV),以扫描速度50mv.s-1,扫描电位为-0.1~0.9V,在碳纳米管/纳米TiO2(CNT/nanoTiO2)膜电极上实现了苯胺的电化学聚合,并通过扫描电镜对膜层的微观形貌进行观察,发现这种在纳米基体上聚合得到的聚苯胺膜呈疏松、多孔的纳米纤维网状结构,不同于在金属基体上聚合得到的颗粒状聚苯胺膜.  相似文献

通过在玻碳电极(GCE)表面电化学沉积金(Au)微粒和聚苯胺(PAni)制备了Au微粒和聚苯胺修饰的玻碳电极(Au/PAni/GCE),并通过循环伏安法研究了亚硝酸根在该修饰电极上的电化学行为,以及探讨了修饰电极对亚硝酸根电催化氧化性能的影响因素。结果表明:Au/PAni/GCE对亚硝酸根具有良好的电催化氧化作用,该性能受聚苯胺和Au微粒的负载量以及底液pH值的影响。  相似文献

采用廉价的环境友好的工业化生产的阳离子烷基糖苷作为模板剂,在弱碱性条件下水解正硅酸乙酯得到二氧化硅/模板剂的复合材料,利用烷基糖苷表面活性剂的高含碳量,通过原位催化碳化二氧化硅/模板剂的复合材料,在去除二氧化硅无机孔壁后得到一种具有狭窄孔径分布的介孔碳材料。实验结果表明,制备介孔碳材料的最佳反应条件为:二氧化硅/模板剂复合材料、浓硫酸、水的质量比为1∶0.07∶5,氮气保护800℃焙烧2h。该合成方法简单,易操作,合成成本低,所合成的介孔碳材料具有蠕虫状结构并对有机染料碱性品红具有较好的吸附性能。  相似文献

采用化学氧化聚合法,以苯胺为单体,过硫酸铵(APS)为氧化剂,在酸性介质中合成了聚苯胺,探讨了合成条件对聚苯胺产率及溶解率的影响,通过红外光谱对聚苯胺的结构进行表征。结果表明,聚苯胺的最佳合成条件为:氧化剂与苯胺的投料比为1∶1.5,掺杂酸浓度为0.04 mol/L,反应温度为20℃、反应时间为6小时,掺杂对聚苯胺溶解率影响很大,磺基水杨酸掺杂聚苯胺在N-甲基吡咯烷酮中的溶解性最好,为24.7%。  相似文献

采用化学聚合的方法(循环伏安法)制备聚苯胺掺杂乙醇胺的修饰电极,并研究了该修饰电极的电化学性质和在抗坏血酸等物质存在下测定人体尿酸的电化学分析方法.研究发现该修饰电极在0.02 mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH=5.86)介质中,聚苯胺掺杂乙醇胺的玻碳修饰电极对尿酸具有明显的电化学响应.在2.5×l0-6~1.0×10-5mol/L内,尿酸浓度C与峰电流Ip成线性关系,相关系数r=0.9932.利用该法直接测定人体尿样中尿酸的含量,测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.63%,回收率为98.7%~100.77%.  相似文献

以苯胺为单体,采用水-三氯甲烷-十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)乳液体系,以过硫酸铵为氧化剂,通过乳液聚合制备了PANI-DBSA。考察了功能掺杂酸、氧化剂、反应时间等聚合条件对产物性能的影响。采用紫外可见光谱分析了不同反应条件下聚苯胺的结构及掺杂状态的变化,确定了制备可溶性聚苯胺的最佳反应条件。由此方法制得的PANI-DBSA薄膜的电导率可达到10μs/cm,而且可溶于三氯甲烷等普通的有机溶剂中。  相似文献

在乙胺、丁胺和四丁基氢氧化铵剥离的α-磷酸锆(α—ZrP)中原位聚合苯胺(An),以过硫酸铵(APS)为氧化剂,在酸性介质中合成磷酸锆/聚苯胺(PANi)复合材料.用红外(FT—IR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、四探针电导率仪、扫描电镜(SEM)对复合材料的结构和性能进行了研究,结果表明:剥离后的α—ZrP与PANi之间存在着一定的相互作用,不同剥离剂对α—ZrP/PANi复合材料的结构和电导率有明显的影响,剥离α-ZrP的层间距越大,越有助于电子在聚苯胺颗粒间的传导而使复合材料的电导率提高.  相似文献

The problem on the geometrc inequalities involving an n-dimensional simplex and its inscribed simplex is studied. Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius. Another inequality is derived to present the relationship betweenthe circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex and the circumradius and inradius of its pedal simplex.  相似文献

Using virtual reality for interactive design gives a designer an intuitive vision of a design and allows the designer to achieve a viable, optimal solution in a timely manner. The article discusses the process of making the Virtual Reality System of the Humble Administrator's Garden. Translating building data to the Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML) is by far unsatisfactory. This creates a challenge for computer designers to do optimization to meet requirements. Five different approaches to optimize models have been presented in this paper. The other methods are to optimize VRML and to reduce the file size. This is done by keeping polygon counts to a minimum and by applying such techniques as object culling and level-ofdetail switching.  相似文献
