超大型储液罐流固耦合振动分析   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
针对某超大型储液罐进行了流固耦合振动分析。首先应用ANSYS建立了储液罐-液体的流固耦合振动模型,求得了前20阶振动模态;接着分析了液面波动和储液量对耦合固有频率的影响,并取了一个高罐模型进行了高、低罐的模态分析对比;最后对"象足凸鼓"现象进行了探讨,解释了造成"象足凸鼓"现象的原因。  相似文献

分别定义了松散指数和分层指数描述物料松散和分层的优劣情况,并与筛机参数进行建模分析,得到振动参数对物料的松散和分层具有较大的影响权重,分析了振动参数对松散指数和分层指数的影响规律。利用布谷鸟寻优算法对松散指数和分层指数进行双目标优化,寻求能同时满足较优松散效果和分层效果的参数组合。寻优所得的筛机参数组合为:振动频率20 Hz,振动幅度2.5 mm,振动方向角18°,筛网倾角18°,筛网长度160 mm,筛孔尺寸1.0 mm,筛丝直径0.8 mm。  相似文献

Median noise barriers, like parallel noise barriers, can be employed to reduce the impact of traffic on roadside communities via the direct propagation path. The performance of different shapes of median barriers was compared using reactive and passive surfaces and a 2D boundary element method (BEM). In the case of reactive surfaces, quadratic residue diffusers (QRDs) and primitive root diffusers (PRDs) were used on the top and stem surfaces of median barriers. To introduce passive barriers, two different absorbent materials including fibrous material and a grass surface with flow resistivity of 20 000 and 2500 kg/(s·m2), respectively, were similarly applied. The effect of thin absorptive barriers was similar at lower frequencies and better at mid and high frequencies to that of their equivalent rigid barriers. More improvement was achieved by covering the top surface of thick barriers with grass rather than with fibrous material. The performance of QRD and PRD barriers where the diffuser was located on the top surface was more frequency dependent than that of barriers coated with fibrous material. A comparison of the average A-weighted insertion loss in the thick barriers showed that the greatest improvement (2.59 dB (A)) was achieved using a barrier of 30-cm thickness covered with grass.  相似文献

The water-repellent surface of lotus (Nelumbo nucifera) leaf and flower is due to nanosized wax papillae on the upper side of each epidermal cell. As a result, raindrops make a high contact angle with the papillae and roll off carrying dust and dirt particles, leaving the surface clean. This self-cleaning property of highly hydrophobic surfaces, termed as the lotus effect, has opened the possibilities of fabricating superhydrophobic surfaces for a variety of products.  相似文献

A novel sound quality simulation approach was proposed to optimize the acoustic performance of a four-cylinder diesel engine. Finite element analysis, single-input and multiple-output technology, flexible multi-body dynamics, and boundary element codes were used to acquire the hexahedron-element model, experimental modal frequencies, vibration velocities, and structurally radiated noise of the block, respectively. The simulated modal frequencies and vibration velocities agreed well with the experimental data, which validated the finite-element block. The acoustic response showed that considerable acoustic power levels existed in 1500–1900 Hz and 2300–2800 Hz as the main frequency ranges to optimize the block acoustics. Then, the optimal block is determined in accordance with the novel approach, which reduces the overall value, high-frequency amplitudes, and peak values of acoustic power; thus, the loudness, sharpness, and roughness decline to make the sound quieter, lower-pitched, and smoother, respectively. Finally, the optimal block was cast and bench-tested. The results reveal that the sound quality of the optimal-block engine is substantially improved as numerically expected, which verifies the effectiveness of the research approach.  相似文献

A system for measuring the quality parameters of elevator guide rails is developed. The quality parameters the system can measure include straightness, flatness, squareness, width and height of the rail. The system consists of six parts:main guideway, auxiliary guideway, reference rail, saddle, control casing and measured rail. The guide rail to be measured is mounted on a bed. The straightness errors of surfaces are checked by five linear displacement sensors mounted on the saddle. The deviation of readings from the sensor, which is in contact with top guiding surface, gives the straightness error of the surface and height of the rail. The other four sensors are used to measure side guiding surfaces respectively and give other parameters including flatness on the surfaces, squareness, width and height of the rail. A novel calibration method is also developed to calibrate the straightness motion error of the system in horizontal and vertical directions. The deflection deformation of the measured rail is fitted by using a fourth-order polynomial. Experimental results show that the uncertainty of the system on the side surfaces after compensating the straightness motion error is less than 0. 01 mm, and the uncertainty of the system on the top surface after compensating the straightness motion error and the deflection deformation of the rail is less than 0.03 mm.  相似文献

发动机噪声源识别对于制定发动机降噪措施十分重要 ,而像油底壳、气门罩、前齿轮室盖等罩壳类零件通常是发动机的主要噪声源 .本文用铅覆盖法和表面振动测量法对一台六缸工程机械用柴油机进行了表面噪声源识别的研究 ,得到了罩壳类零件按噪声能量大小的排列顺序 ,文中首先在半消声条件下利用铅覆盖技术测量了这些罩壳类零件的声功率 ,然后又研究了它们的振动特性 ,并通过表面振动速度的面积时间均方值预测了其声功率 .两种方法的测量结果吻合较好 ,说明了它们在工程领域应用的有效性  相似文献

为研究大型钢制拱顶式储油罐在可燃气体爆炸作用下的破坏和变形特征,对多个储油罐缩比模型进行爆炸实验. 并利用 ANSYS/LS-DYNA 软件,建立了缩比为 1: 25 的 5 000 m3储油罐数值模型,对模型在爆炸冲击作用下的破坏过程进行数值模拟. 实验与数值结果表明: 爆炸冲击波对储油罐缩比模型具有瞬间突跃增压的冲击特性,罐壁迎爆面驻点区域超压峰值最高; 迎爆面中部驻点区首先屈服并带动相邻部分达到屈服状态,同时在变形区周围明显形成不规则的塑性铰环,导致罐壁产生内凹屈曲. 在此过程中,罐内液体既对罐壁产生一定的冲击作用,也能吸收和耗散部分爆炸能量.  相似文献

The 3D characteristic diagram of acoustically induced surface vibration was employed to study the influence of different buried landmines on the acoustic detection signal. By using the vehicular experimental system for acoustic landmine detection and the method of scanning detection, the 3D characteristic diagrams of surface vibration were measured when different objects were buried underground, including big plastic landmine, small plastic landmine, big metal landmine and bricks. The results show that, under the given conditions, the surface vibration amplitudes of big plastic landmine, big metal landmine, small plastic landmine and bricks decrease in turn. The 3D characteristic diagrams of surface vibration can be used to further identify the locations of buried landmines.  相似文献

对交流电机转子横振时电磁阻尼及考虑电磁阻尼时转子横振进行了研究.首先应用磁场理论求得了电机三相不对称运行时电磁阻尼力,并对三相对称时的电磁阻尼进行了计算.接着用拉格朗日-麦克斯韦方程求得了转子横向振动的方程,画出了三相对称时转子强迫振动的幅频曲线,并与实验进行了对照,实验结果与理论结果吻合的很好.  相似文献

结合现有传统鞋底方案及多胞结构特征,设计了菱形和正六边形两种多胞结构的鞋底方案,并用有限元法对不同鞋底的静力学性能进行分析,得出最优的鞋底结构方案。结果表明,同一工况下正六边形多胞鞋底结构平均变形量最大,减振缓冲性能最优越。同时,对正六边形多胞尺寸参数进行影响分析,得出当正六边形边长5mm,凹槽深度为2.5mm时,鞋底结构具有最佳的缓冲性能。  相似文献

为研究边界摩擦对碟簧隔振器力学性能的影响,基于能量守恒定律推导了在考虑边界摩擦时碟簧隔振器的载荷位移迟滞曲线公式.通过有限元分析与静载试验验证了该公式的正确性.在此基础上研究了边界摩擦对碟簧隔振器承载能力的影响,并通过动载试验研究了边界摩擦对碟簧隔振器的动态性能的影响.试验结果表明:边界摩擦可提供较大的阻尼,使得碟簧隔振器具有良好的阻尼特性,其阻尼比可达0.23;隔振器的耗能、动刚度和阻尼特性对加载幅值更为敏感,而对加载频率敏感度较小.该研究成果对碟簧隔振器设计具有重要的指导意义.  相似文献

针对不同悬架的性能特点,分别建立了被动悬架、主动悬架的车身与车轮两自由度振动模型,基于Matlab软件用白噪声法模拟了路面不平度随机输入,在此基础上,对被动悬架与主动悬架的性能进行了仿真对比.仿真结果表明:主动悬架能更好地衰减振动,因此具有更佳的平顺性.  相似文献

通过实验研究了锥形聚合物光纤(POF)输出端光场强度分布呈现中心强、周边弱的模式分布特征,无论激光从大端输入、小端输出还是从小端输入、大端输出,都观察到小端的高阶模相对光强度明显低于大端,证明了锥形POF可以使大芯径POF和小芯径石英光纤的过渡连接得到良好的匹配.分别以大小端作为输入端口,研究了圆锥角度以及耦合长度对过渡器的光功率传输效率的影响,得出了POF过渡器最佳圆锥角度.yh  相似文献

针对常规降噪方法应用于柴油机缸盖振动信号降噪时,自适应差且需要根据噪声环境人为调整参数的问题,在传统EEMD算法基础上提出一种改进的EEMD降噪算法,并将其应用于柴油机缸盖振动信号处理。首先对原始信号进行预处理,其次利用总体经验模态分解(EEMD)算法在非线性、非平稳信号处理时的自适应特性,分解原始信号得到各阶本征模态分量,经Savitzky-Golay平滑滤波,再将噪声占主导的高频分量进行阈值去噪,最后得到干净的本征模态分量进行重构。仿真实验和实测结果表明,在输入信号12dB的多种输入信号工况下,改进EEMD算法去噪后信噪比为17.1,比现有去噪方法提升14%。  相似文献

This paper studies the influence of radial depth on vibration, chip formation and surface roughness during face milling of AISI304 austenitic stainless steel with indexable cemented carbide milling cutters. The amplitude of vibration acceleration increased with the increasing radial depth up to 80 mm. And the domain vibration frequency varied with the radial depth. In this paper, three types of chips were found: C shape, long shape and spiral shape. The minimum surface roughness value occurred when the radial depth equalled 40 mm in the experiment. Irregular changes of chip curl radius and chip thickness could be attributed to different numbers of alternately engaged teeth when the feed and speed were fixed. Surface roughness is related to forced vibration and chip formation. Radial depth with different numbers of alternately engaged teeth could significantly influence the forced vibration, chip formation, and surface roughness.  相似文献

Separate characteristic of the tangential ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding(TUAG)machining is analyzed based on TUAG process, and a critical speed formula is given to correctly set the machining parameters to insure the separate characteristics of TUAG process. The critical speed is not only related to the ultrasonic vibration amplitude and frequency, but also to the grinding wheel velocity and the cutting point space, and the grinding force can be decreased during the TUAG process with separability. Grinding force experiments are conducted, and the experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical results.  相似文献
