通过对中学50节体育课负荷强度与练习密度测定,认为体育课中最佳平均心率应在120-140次／min之间为适度,效果最好。因此,在体育课教学时必须科学地组织教法,合理安排运动负荷,才能有效地增强学生的体质,提高课的质量,活跃学生的身心。 相似文献

The thesis mainly discusses the character of the heroine in Charlotte Brontes famous novel "Jane Eyre".
