采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等,分析大学生身体自我概念对其体育锻炼参与行为的影响。结果表明:大学生锻炼参与行为的各项指标,即锻炼年限、每周锻炼次数、每次锻炼时间、每周锻炼总时间、锻炼强度、锻炼兴趣、体育成绩等,在某种程度上均可由身体自我概念的相应维度得分或总分进行预测。提示:身体自我概念可作为体育锻炼参与的动机因素加以干预;身体自我概念与体育锻炼参与行为之间关系的顺序问题有待进一步实验研究。  相似文献

运用元分析方法对国内有关体育锻炼对大学生抑郁症干预效果研究的文献进行分析,研究的方法为以一定的纳入标准对相关数据库进行文献检索,纳入符合文献11篇,并且通过Stata13.0元分析软件进行效应量分析,元分析结果显示所研究的14篇文献中体育锻炼对大学生抑郁症具有干预效果;(1)前后对照实验d=0.986,95%的置信区间为(0.620,1.352)。(2)敏感性分析和偏倚性分析结果显示元分析结果稳定性较好。(3)锻炼时间、锻炼周期、干预方式、锻炼频率、都对两者之间的关系有影响。研究结果表明每周4次以下,每次运动60min以上,中等强度并且以12周以上为指导方案。(4)对研究结果进行了讨论并对大学抑郁患者提出建议。  相似文献

以“身体自我描述问卷”为研究工具,研究体育锻炼对香港大学生身体自我概念的影响,被试为香港某大学的56名学生。研究结果表明,经过6周的体育锻炼之后,男性被试在身体活动、运动能力以及整体身体自我三方面的自我概念较锻炼前有显著性提高,女性被试在协调性、身体活动、运动能力、整体身体自我、外貌、力量、耐力(体能)以及整体自尊等方面的自我概念较锻炼前有显著性提高。  相似文献

以江门职业技术学院的435名学生为研究对象,探讨体育锻炼对高职学生自我概念、自尊和生活满意度的影响.结果表明:体育锻炼可使高职男生的自我概念、自尊和生活满意度发生显著变化;体育锻炼能提高高职女生的自尊和生活满意度水平,中等运动量的体育锻炼可使其自我概念发生显著变化;体育锻炼可提高中职生的生活满意度水平,大中运动量的体育锻炼可使中职男生的自我概念发生显著变化,中等运动量的体育锻炼可使中职女生的自我概念和自尊发生显著变化.  相似文献

运用元分析方法研究国内、外有关表象训练对运动技能学习与操作绩效影响并进行定量化综述.通过相关文献检索,纳入文献32篇,被试总人数为1 724名.元分析的结果表明:1)表象训练对运动技能学习和操作绩效影响作用比较大,平均效果量为1.00,置信区间为(0.79,1.22),属于大效应;2)发表偏倚和敏感性分析表明元分析的结果很稳定,不存在偏倚现象;3)高低效果量研究的比较分析显示,在进行表象训练时必须予以严格的实验控制.最后,对研究结果进行了讨论并对表象训练未来研究与应用方向提出建议.  相似文献

为了解中学生身体自我概念与运动参与之间的关系,本研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法,对中学生身体自我概念与运动参与行为之间的关系进行研究,分别从锻炼项目、锻炼频率、锻炼时间和锻炼强度等因子以及性别的差异进行探讨,结果表明:中学生身体自我概念的各个维度与体育锻炼活动参与的各个因子间存在着显著相关关系,但不存在明显的性别差异。本研究旨在为中学教师指导学生锻炼提供解决方案,从而达到增进中学生身体素质和全面健康的目的。  相似文献

研究以伤残大学生为实验对象,采用双因素混合实验设计,研究调适性体育教学与传统的保健体育教学在伤残大学生中应用的不同效果。通过现场教学及心理测量的方法对104名伤残大学生的身体自我概念、体育锻炼态度及心理健康进行研究,测试数据的统计与分析表明:调适性体育教学对伤残大学生的心理健康、身体自我概念及体育锻炼态度均产生了显著的改善作用,而传统的体育保健教学对以上各因子的促进作用未达到显著差异;教学方法和测量时间因子对伤残大学生心理健康、身体自我概念和体育锻炼态度的大部分因子效应均有显著影响,教学方法和测试时间因子之间有一定的交互作用。研究结果表明调适性体育教学对伤残大学生的心理健康、身体自我概念及体育锻炼态度的促进作用要明显优于传统的体育保健教学。  相似文献

研究运动自我概念与运动自我效能对大学生锻炼行为的影响及它们之间的相互关系。以天津934名大学生为研究对象进行问卷调查,结果显示男生体育行为、运动自我概念和运动自我效能总体均高于女生;四年级大学生体育锻炼的积极性明显低于其它年级;女生的运动自我概念与运动自我效能通过交互作用影响体育锻炼行为,而男生的体育锻炼行为主要受运动自我效能影响;性别、运动自我概念与运动自我效能是预测体育行为的主要因素。  相似文献

The objective of this study was to assess, using the Group Environment Questionnaire, whether team cohesion in university‐level field hockey was a cause for, or an effect of, successful performance. A quasi‐experimental longitudinal design with cross‐lagged correlational analysis was adopted and measures of cohesion and performance were taken midway and later in the season. The results of the synchronous correlations showed a positive relationship (with good stationarity) between team cohesion and performance outcome. Although nonsignificant cross‐lagged differentials indicated a circular relationship, the magnitudes of both the cross‐lagged correlations and the partial correlations, together with multiple‐regression analyses, revealed that the stronger flow was from cohesion to performance. The socially oriented aspects of cohesion, in particular, had significant associations with performance. The results imply that cohesion‐performance relationships should be examined within a circular model, in which cohesion and performance are interdependent.  相似文献

A meta-analysis was conducted to examine the effects of exercise on anxiety. Because previous meta-analyses in the area included studies of varying quality, only randomized, controlled trials were included in the present analysis. Results from 49 studies show an overall effect size of -0.48, indicating larger reductions in anxiety among exercise groups than no-treatment control groups. Exercise groups also showed greater reductions in anxiety compared with groups that received other forms of anxiety-reducing treatment (effect size = -0.19). Because only randomized, controlled trials were examined, these results provide Level 1, Grade A evidence for using exercise in the treatment of anxiety. In addition, exercise dose data were calculated to examine the relationship between dose of exercise and the corresponding magnitude of effect size.  相似文献

通过分析NBA球队门票收入与技术统计间的相关关系,获得与门票收入密切相关的技术统计指标,认为增强球队进攻能力将提高球队门票收入。在此基础上,将主成分分析法与神经网络相结合,建立起基于主成分神经网络的门票收入与技术统计的关系模型,在不需要事先确定关系模型的数学表达形式的前提下,客观、准确地映射出门票收入和技术统计之间的函数关系,从而为篮球俱乐部的成功运营提供指导。  相似文献

The purpose of the present investigation was to determine the effect of monetary rewards and success/failure on intrinsic motivation and causal attributions of males and females competing on a motor task. Multivariate analysis of variance produced a significant overall main effect for feedback, with subjects exhibiting more intrinsic motivation after success than after failure. The Sex × Feedback interaction (p < .09) indicated that males exhibited more intrinsic motivation than females after success, whereas females displayed more intrinsic motivation than males after failure. Attribution results showed that success was primarily attributed to high ability, high effort, and good luck while failure was attributed to low ability, low effort, and bad luck. Correlational analysis revealed that success was related to high ability, high effort, good luck, and high intrinsic motivation. Conversely, failure was associated with low ability, low effort, bad luck, and low intrinsic motivation. In addition, ability and effort were the causal attributes most related to changes in intrinsic motivation. The relationship between causal attributions and intrinsic motivation is discussed in terms of the self-enhancement hypothesis and Deci's cognitive evaluation theory. Implications for competitive physical activity are drawn.  相似文献

以488名体育专业大学生为被试,考察核心自我评价与学习倦怠的关系以及应对方式的中介作用。结果表明:(1)体育专业大学生的学习倦怠处于中等水平,其中以行为不当最为突出;体育专业大学生的学习倦怠没有性别差异,但存在年级差异,大一学生高于大三学生;(2)核心自我评价对情感低落、行为不当和成就感低有显著的负向预测作用;(3)积极应对在核心自我评价和成就感低之间起部分中介作用;消极应对在核心自我评价和情绪低落之间起部分中介作用。  相似文献

Abstract

Utilizing canonical correlation analysis, the multivariate relationship between selected measures of motor performance and intellectual achievement was studied on 91 high school pupils. The students involved in the study were culturally deprived students who had been achieving well below their expected capacity. A significant relationship was found between the intellectual achievement domain and the motor performance domain. Also, significant relationships were found between the intellectual achievement domain and both of the sub-domains of fitness and coordination. The results in the present investigation were compared with the univariate analyses in a previous study. It was concluded that when the degree of relationship between two domains is desired, canonical correlation analysis may be of more value than the usual univariate procedures.  相似文献

This study evaluated whether the relationship between socioeconomic status (SES) and moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (MVPA) is mediated by social support of peers and parents. A cross-sectional study included students (n = 1182) aged 11 to 18 years who were recruited in 2014 from public schools in Fortaleza, Brazil. Participants completed a questionnaire to assess all variables. Mediation analyses were performed to determine the role of parental support and peer support on the relationship between SES and MVPA. Also, moderated-mediation analyses with estimating of conditional indirect effects were performed in order to identify whether gender is a moderator of the mediating effect. A positive and significant association between SES and MVPA was found among Brazilian students, and social support of parents and peers were significant mediators of this relationship. Conditional indirect effects showed that both parental and peer support had a significant indirect effect among boys; only parental support had a significant indirect effect among girls. These results suggest that improving social support can help reduce the impact of SES on physical activity among Brazilian adolescents.  相似文献

It is common knowledge that physical activity leads to numerous health and psychological benefits. However; the relationship between children's physical activity and academic achievement has been debated in the literature. Some studies have found strong, positive relationships between physical activity and cognitive outcomes, while other studies have reported small, negative associations. This study was a comprehensive, quantitative synthesis of the literature, using a total of 59 studies from 1947 to 2009 for analysis. Results indicated a significant and positive effect of physical activity on children's achievement and cognitive outcomes, with aerobic exercise having the greatest effect. A number of moderator variables were also found to play a significant role in this relationship. Findings are discussed in light of improving children's academic performance and changing school-based policy.  相似文献
