本文将投掷铅球简化为质点作抛物运动,建立了相应的数学模型,明确了投掷距离与铅球的初速度,出手角度以及出手高度等因素间的数学关系。并应用高等数学的微积分理论,求得出手高度及初速度一定的情况下,相应的最佳出手角度及最大投掷距离,为运动员科学训练提供理论依据。  相似文献

基于抛物体运动规律对两类典型的抛物体运动(投掷项目、篮球投篮)进行了分析。在投掷项目中,投掷器械的飞行远度作为目标函数,在Excel中计算了不同的出手速度(V0)、出手角度(θ)及出手高度(H)对器械飞行远度的影响;在篮球运动中,以投篮的最小速度角和最小进篮误差作为目标函数,计算了不同的投篮距离、出手高度的情况下,投篮的最佳出手角度,寻找出篮球投篮最佳出手角的变化规律以便于运动员在实践中掌握和运用,提高投篮的命中率。  相似文献

本文采用文献研究法、三维录像解析法和统计分析法对第11届全运会女子铅球决赛前八名运动员最好成绩投次进行关键运动技术研究,获取她们的部分关键运动学参数,同时和世界级优秀运动员的相应参数进行比较分析,得出相应的研究结果。本论文的主要研究结论为1.背向滑步转身跳投技术按整体动作结构可分为后摆、滑步、过渡、双支撑和最后出手投掷五个阶段。2本研究再次证明了出手速度与比赛成绩呈高度正相关,相关系数达到0.95。而出手角度和其他运动学参数与成绩呈中低度相关。3.本届全运会中冠军巩立娇6次试投平均成绩为19.60±0.46m;平均出手速度为13.47±0.24m/s,与世界级选手接近;平均出手角度为33.99±1.23°,低于世界级优秀运动员;平均出手高度为2.03±0.03m,距离抵制板的水平距离平均为-0.03±0.08m。4.前3名运动员李玲、李梅菊和巩立娇最好成绩投次质心最大分别为速度为2.84m/s、2.65m/s和2.91m/s,质心最大速度与成绩相关性不大。铅球的出手速度为12.69m/s,13.31m/s和13.84m/s,出手角度为38.5°、35.5°和33.9°,铅球的出手高度为2.09m、1.98m和2.06m。  相似文献

The aim of the study was to assess the accuracy of a method of calculating the optimum release angle in the shot put. Using the proposed method, the optimum release angle that produces the greatest flight distance is calculated by combining the equation for the range of a projectile in free flight with the relations between release speed, release height and release angle for the athlete. The method was evaluated using measurements of five college shot-putters who performed maximum-effort throws over a wide range of release angles. When the athletes threw with high release angles, the shot was released from a greater height above the ground and with a lower release speed. For all five athletes, the calculated optimum release angle was in good agreement with the athlete’s preferred release angle. Each athlete had his own specific optimum release angle because of individual differences in the rate of decrease in release speed with increasing release angle. Simple models of shot-putting were developed to explain the relations between release speed, height and angle in terms of the anthropometric and strength characteristics of the athlete.  相似文献

分析与诊断男子背向滑步推铅球最后用力阶段技术参数,对提高我国男子铅球运动水平具有重要意义.文章选定2004年"菲普莱杯"全国田径大奖系列赛(南京站)男子铅球比赛前6名运动员为研究对象,采用两台JVC9800高速摄像机以50?fps的速度同步拍摄,运用德国SIMI-motion录像解析系统进行图像解析.研究结果显示:最后用力阶段铅球出手速度、出手高度与国外优秀运动员有非常显著性差异,铅球出手角度与世界优秀运动员有显著性差异.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to determine if critical parameters for elite performance could be identified among a population of female shot putters. The performance of seven of the top women shot putters competing at the 2002 USA National Championships was examined. Video data were captured using two Panasonic 60 Hz cameras and the best throws of each athlete were digitized and analyzed using a Peak Motus three-dimensional motion analysis system. Thirty variables were examined for their effect on the distance of the throw. Correlation analysis indicated that measured distance was positively correlated with release speed (r = 0.97, p < 0.0003) and shoulder-hip separation (r = 0.72, p < 0.06) and negatively correlated with release angle (r = -0.74, p < 0.056), rear knee angle at rear foot touchdown (r = -0.93, p < 0.003) and rear knee angle at release (r = -0.76, p < 0.047). Greater knee flexion angle at both rear foot touch down and release along with a neutral shoulder-hip angle at release were identified as the most critical parameters for success among this sample of elite women shot putters. The unique observation about the knee positions at specific events should assist in new training and coaching developments.  相似文献

以九运会女子铅球的前8名运动员为研究对象,采用文献资料调研、数理统计、影像分 析等方法进行分析研究。结果表明:我国优秀女子铅球运动员在滑步阶段,左腿有效摆动不足, 右腿蹬伸力量、速度不佳。脱离身体重心运动速度而片面要求滑步阶段的运动速度越快越好是 不合理的。在过渡阶段,右髋向投掷方向的前移不够,不利于身体重心速度的回升。最后用力阶 段,技术还不稳定,出手角度与出手速度之间的组合应该因人而宜,而不宜采用固定的理论模 式。  相似文献

We investigated the release angle that maximizes the distance attained in a long soccer throw-in. One male soccer player performed maximum-effort throws using release angles of between 10 and 60 degrees, and the throws were analyzed using two-dimensional videography. The player's optimum release angle was calculated by substituting mathematical expressions for the measured relationships between release speed, release height and release angle into the equations for the flight of a spherical projectile. We found that the musculoskeletal structure of the player's body had a strong influence on the optimum release angle. When using low release angles the player released the ball with a greater release speed and, because the range of a projectile is strongly dependent on the release speed, this bias toward low release angles reduced the optimum release angle to about 30 degrees. Calculations showed that the distance of a throw may be increased by a few metres by launching the ball with a fast backspin, but the ball must be launched at a slightly lower release angle.  相似文献
