根据文献综述、案例整理、访谈、开放式问卷得到调查问卷。268份有效调查问卷的探索性因素分析结果表明,我国企业组织学习内部推动因素由"持续发展、组织支持、开放合作、尊重个性"4因素构成。相关分析结果表明,组织学习内部推动因素具有以下作用:促进企业从外部获得新知识,在企业内部进行有效的知识传播,有利于实施变革型、群体的学习。 相似文献

首先界定虚拟人力资源管理的概念和类型,并简要概括虚拟人力资源管理相关研究,之后以陕西省135家企业为研究对象,以企业虚拟人力资源管理现状为调查内容设计调查问卷,并用SPSS软件对所收集的问卷进行数理统计分析;然后对陕西省企业人力资源管理虚拟的总体程度,及不同地域、性质、规模、行业类型的陕西省企业虚拟人力资源管理的技术虚拟及组织虚拟程度进行描述和分析;最后总结陕西省企业虚拟人力资源管理可能存在的问题并提出管理建议。 相似文献
