建设和推广工业互联网平台是工业互联网创新发展的关键，是构筑现代工业体系，加快制造强国和网络强国建设的重要抓手，也是全球新一轮产业竞争的制高点。当前，我国工业互联网平台总体处于起步探索阶段，其建设与发展是一个动态优化、持续演进的过程，亟需建立一套评估引导体系，促进工业联网平台发展从探索走向成熟。本文借鉴能力成熟度模型理论，提出了工业互联网平台建设能力成熟度等级划分，给出平台成熟度评估的基本框架，以及评估实施的方法和流程，有助于企业及政府等主体通过评估精准定位平台建设的薄弱环节，并建立针对性的改进方案，加快平台的建设和发展。 相似文献

建设和推广工业互联网平台是促进我国制造业提质增效和转型升级的重要抓手,也是全球新一轮产业竞争的制高点。我国工业互联网平台总体处于起步探索阶段,虽然各类工业互联网平台快速兴起,但存在无序发展趋势,发展路径不清晰、技术体系不明确、商业模式不健全等问题日益成为制约平台建设与发展的瓶颈,亟需探索与当前发展需求相适应的工业互联网平台评价引导体系,并通过评价引导各类平台健康有序发展。为此,本文首先基于提出的工业互联网平台参考架构,明确了构建平台评价框架及指标体系的基本原则。其次,从平台基础保障、平台关键能力、平台价值效益3个维度、9个方面构建了评价的基本框架,并给出了具体的评价指标体系和评价方法。最后,针对评价的应用实施,为政府、行业组织、平台建设方、平台应用企业等主体提出了对策建议。 相似文献

以企业R&D能力与绩效耦合协调度为切人点,在评价指标体系构建的基础上,利用信息熵对各指标进行客观赋权;构建企业R&D能力与绩效耦合协调度模型,并设定耦合协调度等级划分标准;以我国31个省市地区大中型工业企业为例,展开实证分析.研究结果显示:全国80.65％的省市地区大中型工业企业R&D能力与绩效处于勉强协调发展水平;全国90.32％的省市地区大中型工业企业属于R&D能力滞后类型;大中型工业企业R&D能力与绩效协调发展水平与所属地区经济发展水平相关. 相似文献
