从资源视角出发,探讨了资源拼凑对企业绩效的影响,并引入环境竞争性和组织柔性两个调节变量。对218家企业的实证研究发现,资源拼凑的3个维度均不同程度正向影响企业绩效。环境竞争性显著正向调节资源拼凑与企业绩效的关系,其中,对要素拼凑与企业绩效关系的调节作用更显著;组织柔性在资源拼凑与企业绩效的关系中起到显著正向调节作用,对制度拼凑与企业绩效间关系的调节更显著。 相似文献

实证考察了市场导向、战略柔性对新产品绩效的影响及环境变动对市场导向、战略柔性与新产品绩效关系的调节作用。基于我国238家企业的问卷调查,研究发现:(1)市场导向和战略柔性对新产品绩效都有显著的促进作用;(2)战略柔性在市场导向和新产品绩效间起部分中介作用;(3)环境的动态性对战略柔性和新产品绩效关系均无显著调节效应,对市场导向与新产品绩效关系有不同的调节效应。 相似文献

基于自然资源基础观,本研究探索了企业战略导向(市场导向和政府导向)对绿色管理和企业财务绩效关系的调节作用,以及技术不确定性对战略导向调节作用的调节.基于227家中国制造企业的实证研究结果表明,政府导向对绿色管理和企业财务绩效的关系具有正向调节作用,市场导向对绿色管理和企业财务绩效的关系具有负向调节作用;技术不确定性加强政府导向的正向调节作用和市场导向的负向调节作用.研究结论丰富了绿色管理与企业财务绩效关系的情境因素研究以及战略导向领域中对政府导向的研究,同时对中国企业的绿色管理实践也具有一定的参考价值. 相似文献

作为企业战略导向的重要维度,市场导向强调对客户、竞争对手的信息的获取、整理以及分享。为了不断创造卓越价值,企业需要不断溶解并打破组织边界,建立与外部组织的正式或非正式的合作关系,来获得不同类型的创新资源。本研究以中国214家高科技制造型企业作为研究对象,运用结构方程建模研究方法,探讨了企业的市场导向、开放度与创新绩效的关系。我们发现:(1)市场导向对企业创新绩效有积极的影响,企业的市场导向越强,那么创新绩效越高。(2)环境动荡性对开放度与创新绩效关系起着正向调节作用。(3)市场导向通过影响企业开放度进而提高企业的创新绩效。 相似文献

管理者联系作为企业的社会关系资本,对于企业的技术获取、信息搜集和稀缺资源的获得都有着正向的影响作用,在目前的转型经济背景之下,管理者联系是对市场和制度环境不确定性的有力补充,以前的研究大多关注对管理者联系的作用的研究,但是对于其作用过程和对这个过程的影响因素及作用却研究的不够深入。考虑到企业的资源限制和企业战略导向对于企业资源分配的决定作用,基于社会资本理论和战略理论,运用实证模型,通过引入企业的战略导向作为调节变量,研究两种不同的企业导向对于不同的管理者联系与企业绩效之间关系的调节作用。结果表明,企业家导向正向调节了政治联系与企业绩效之间的关系,而负向调节了商业联系与企业绩效之间的关系;市场导向正向调节了商业联系与企业绩效之间的关系,却负向调节了政治联系与企业绩效之间的关系。 相似文献

将市场导向的研究视野拓展至我国不同类型的非营利组织,引入环境变动作为前因变量,重构了非营利组织市场导向与绩效关联的概念模型,并提出相应的研究假设。利用结构方程建模和层级回归等统计方法,对非营利组织问卷调查取得的数据进行实证分析,结果表明:环境变动显著正向影响非营利组织市场导向;非营利组织市场导向显著正向影响组织绩效;环境变动对非营利组织市场导向与绩效间的关系不具有调节效应,并且也不是组织绩效的预测变量。 相似文献
