科技人才是引领创新驱动的核心要素,实现适应创新驱动需要的科技人才可持续发展新常态对我国创新驱动发展适应经济新常态意义重大。通过设计预警指标体系,基于系统协调性构建我国适应创新驱动需要的科技人才可持续发展预警指数进行预警分析,结果表明,我国适应创新驱动需要的科技人才可持续发展状况良好,创新资源、创新环境、知识创造、企业创新、创新绩效之间的协调发展影响我国适应创新驱动需要的科技人才可持续发展,并提出对策建议。  相似文献

随着中国经济发展进入新常态,传统的以要素驱动的发展模式已经无法适应经济发展的要求。在经济新常态下,创新对企业的生存与发展至关重要,创新驱动战略已经成为引领我国经济发展的主导力量。首先,以鞍山市为例,分析了地方工业在传统发展模式下所面临的问题。其次,实施创新驱动战略,推动工业转型升级,是一个复杂的经济发展创新实践过程,受到各种经济发展要素、协作关系等诸多因素的影响和制约。为从理论上分析研究创新驱动战略模式,从"创新要素驱动、创新需求驱动、协同创新驱动"3个不同角度出发,构建了一个创新驱动战略推动工业转型升级三维框架模型。最后,提出了依据创新驱动战略推动地方工业转型升级的若干对策与建议,为地方经济发展提供了借鉴。  相似文献
