近年来,教师变革型领导力逐渐受到中西方教育界学者的关注,然而国内对于教师变革型领导力在大学课堂上的行为表现却鲜有研究。基于Burns变革型领导理论,以Bass对变革型领导理论三个维度的划分为支撑,对湖北工业大学106名本科生进行开放式问卷调查。调查结果表明教师变革型领导力在国内大学课堂上的具体行为表现在:表达能力和责任心强,教学方式多样化以及对学生充满关爱。本研究旨在对促进教师专业化发展和提高学生的学习质量有所帮助。  相似文献

根据组织领导理论,在汉语教学中教师实施文化领导是极为必要的,教师通过实施文化领导,能够促使学习者尽快实现文化适应,是对其他教育方法的有益补充,有助于学习者获得积极的非语言成果。教师在汉语教学班内可通过以下策略实施文化领导:凝练班级目标和信仰;借助仪式和理念领导学生构建班级共同信仰和目标;帮助学生设立并追求个人目标和信仰,即个人"愿景";构建班级合作文化模式;尊重每个学习者作为个体的独特文化感受;用个人的人格魅力影响学生。  相似文献

硕士学历的"教师领导"课程传统上主要由大学提供,而在美国近来的教育改革中出现了由私立特许教育机构创办"教师领导"硕士学历专业的变革,HTH是率先尝试者。其"教师领导"专业在培养目标、入学条件、学程设计、课程设置、教学方法和评估方式上都贯穿了自己特有的教育理念,形成了强调个性、注重实践等五个方面的特点的培养模式,对我国"领导型教师"的培养有一定的借鉴意义。  相似文献

教师的文化认同是对教师开展文化领导的前提,也是发挥大学文化管理功能的基础。本研究表明,教师对大学文化比较认同,对大学的校史、办学理念与目标、大学倡导的价值观、校风、教风和大学校训等比较了解,大多数教师比较赞同大学的办学理念与价值观,对自己大学的历史文化拥有较强的文化自豪感,大多数教师都能主动维护学校的形象与声誉,积极践行学校的校风、教风,但教师对校徽、校歌等了解不足,对校徽、校歌的情感认同和对校训、校歌的行为认同程度偏低。人口学变量对教师的大学文化整体认同及其三个维度的认同有不同影响。为了进一步提升教师的文化认同,高校需要重视对教师的文化领导与文化管理,利用好故事这一载体进行文化传承,加强大学文化传承的规划设计,重视对教师开展校训、校徽与校歌等典型优秀文化教育。  相似文献

大学教师权威消解是当代学校教育过程中的不得不面对的教育事实。作为维系教育系统正常运作的必备条件之一——大学教师权威,在其建构过程中出现了两种不同类型的路径:自上而下型和自下而上型。事实上,自上而下型的大学教师权威建构路径,因其较为关注大学教师的"外在权威"而会产生使大学教师权威绝对化的倾向;自下而上型的大学教师权威建构路径,因其较为关注大学教师的"内在权威"而会产生使大学教师权威相对化的倾向。大学教师权威的重塑就是要促进社会赋予的教师权威与学生认同的教师权威的辩证统一,从而实现大学教师权威由"外在权威"向"内在权威"过渡,进而保证大学教师权威在教育教学过程中的贯彻实现。  相似文献

We advance that servant leadership should be viewed as a viable form of leadership to be studied and supported within the domain of intercollegiate athletics. Servant leadership is different than other approaches to leadership as the emphasis of leadership is explicitly on the needs of followers, and because this approach emphasizes the ideal of service in the relationship between leader and follower. In addition, servant leadership is a people-centered approach to leadership that includes an ethical component. We propose that athletic directors demonstrating servant leadership will provide the leadership necessary to support the development of student-athletes, cultivate an ethical environment that best supports this development, and inspire the call to service for employees within their athletic departments. Moreover, external pressures for ethical leadership and new actors in the field of intercollegiate athletics will lead to the development of servant leadership as a viable leadership paradigm in intercollegiate sport.  相似文献

Servant leadership is a leadership style complementary to a lifestyle of recovery from a substance use disorder. Across the country, thousands of students in recovery from substance use disorders are pursuing higher education. Support for students in recovery is increasing, primarily through collegiate recovery programs (CRP) that are being implemented to support student recovery, education and personal development. Servant leadership has been used successfully by many business, organizations, religions, and educational systems. In the 1960s, Robert Greenleaf brought new attention to the concept when he began writing about his observations and experiences in the business world. According to Greenleaf, many businesses and organizations had lost sight of their role and responsibility to serve others. The main philosophy of servant leadership is service to others, and through service, others will look to the one serving for leadership. This article is intended to share elements of servant leadership and how these elements can be implemented into a CRP to promote and foster the growth and development of students in recovery.  相似文献

Improved student achievement requires the distribution of leadership beyond one individual. Given their daily connection to students, leadership opportunities distributed to classroom teachers are key to school improvement. Complicating the development of classroom teacher leaders are attrition rates and low teacher efficacy among novice educators. Service-learning and servant leadership offer complementary pedagogical and philosophical approaches to shift the role of classroom teachers and address efficacy concerns. This study utilised a pre-/post-test, quasi-experimental research design to determine to what extent changes would occur over time in pre-service educators’ teacher sense of efficacy and sense of servant leadership from participating in service-learning.  相似文献

The field of sport for development and peace (SDP) has been growing exponentially, with many organizations and academics embracing the possible contribution that sport can make to development. To date, leadership in sport for development and peace has not been conceptualized. Perhaps due to the missions of sport for development and peace organizations, many of which focus on helping marginalized individuals, the leadership style needed to effectively guide a sport for development and peace organization may be different than that which is needed to lead other types of sport organizations. In this article, we advance that servant leadership, which is predicated on follower care and development, can be a highly effective leadership style in sport for development and peace. Through a series of propositions, we opine that servant leaders in sport for development and peace will empower followers, lead to more sustainable and effective organizations and participant outcomes, facilitate psychological needs satisfaction, and diffuse issues of power and control. Future research directions stimulated by the propositions are also discussed.  相似文献

提出并检验了一个有调节的中介模型,探讨校长的服务型领导对教师情绪衰竭的影响,以及心理安全感的中介作用和不确定性规避的调节作用。采用服务型领导、心理安全感、不确定性规避和情绪衰竭量表对427名中小学教师进行调查。结果表明:服务型领导对情绪衰竭具有显著的负向影响;心理安全感在服务型领导力和情绪衰竭之间起部分中介作用;不确定性规避调节了服务型领导对心理安全感的影响。结果启示我们要在校长领导提升中推广服务型领导方式,降低教师的工作倦怠;校长应该创造和谐融洽的工作环境,提升教师的心理安全感;校长要重视教师的个体差异,权变性地使用服务型领导。  相似文献

Developments in entrepreneurial leadership as a distinct area of both research and practice raised many questions about the personal competencies of entrepreneurial leaders that enable them to successfully lead entrepreneurial endeavours. Although identifying entrepreneurs' specific capabilities has been one of the main focuses of entrepreneurship researchers, our knowledge is limited about personal leadership competencies required in entrepreneurial contexts. This qualitative study aimed to explore the personal competencies of undergraduate student entrepreneurial leaders in four Malaysian universities. Fourteen student entrepreneurial leaders were purposefully selected to participate in this study. Analysis of the semi-structured and in-depth interviews revealed different dimensions of proactiveness and innovativeness as previously identified competencies of entrepreneurial leaders for the student entrepreneurial leaders. Furthermore, love of challenges and versatility emerged as the personal competencies of the students. Implication of the findings and suggestions for developing entrepreneurial leadership competencies in university students through purposeful interventions are proposed.  相似文献

Adaptations by higher education to an information-processing world will involve the development of new organizational forms that encourage and reward collaboration. As the world ‘becomes smaller’, we are rediscovering the interdependence of things. The leadership team and interdisciplinary group are emerging as the workplaces for the information-processing world. Colleges and universities that develop viable networks for processing information will lead the way into the 21st century. Recommendations for higher education worldwide include the following: developing interdisciplinary, team-taught courses of study; forming interdisciplinary groups to bring together people to analyze problems; implementing leadership teams in the decision-making structures of departments, schools and colleges. The creation of interdisciplinary problem-solving groups as the building blocks of the information-processing society will require changes in our attitudes toward leadership. The leader as servant will emerge as governance model. Changes in our systems of selection, evaluation and promotion of faculty and administrators will also be required. Interdisciplinary groups and leadership teams will form the infrastructure of the new world order of information processing and decision making.  相似文献

This case study is an examination of the emergence of leadership in students’ group interaction in a school-based makerspace. The data comprised video records of 20 primary school students’ group work within this context, encompassing student-driven creative engagement in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM) learning activities. Interaction analysis was applied to analyze the students’ leadership moves and to depict how students’ leadership was related to their collaboration. The analysis resulted in a typology of students’ leadership moves in a makerspace context, namely, coordination of joint work, exploring new ideas, seeking out resources,

and offering guidance and supporting others, adding to the existing literature on student leadership and collaboration in novel learning environments. The study also illustrates how the students’ leadership moves in group interactions can lead to dominating and/or shared leadership, with consequences for students’ collaboration. The study points to the importance of more research and development of pedagogical practices that support students’ symmetric participation and opportunities to lead collaborative work and to promote advanced collaboration in school-based makerspaces.
