structure of information support of innovation processes as part of the innovative integration of the CIS, which is implemented
together with the formation of an integrated information environment, as well as shaping the information infrastructure of
the innovative integration of states-participants of the CIS based on the concept of scientific information to ensure programs
and projects of states-participants of CIS in the sphere of innovations. We describe a distributed multilevel system of information

This paper notes the interrelations between the types and methods of information searches, including Internet searches. It
suggests the general approach for making a search for documents on the Internet, for example, scientific articles on information
and communication. The methods for information searches used on the Internet are characterized with placing a particular emphasis
on the method of searching with the use of search systems. General recommendations for successful conduction of searches are
advanced to increase their efficiency. The goals and problems faced by a user during scientific information searches are presented.
A user’s rights for the results of a search for scientific information are described from the standpoint of legal relations
regulated by Russian legislation. Copyright protection methods are also considered based on Russian and foreign legislation. 相似文献

[目的/意义]突发事件应对活动需要与之相匹配的情报资源作为支撑。融入突发事件场景、嵌入应对活动过程的情报资源动态聚合研究为突发事件信息问题处理提供优化思路,有助于提升突发事件应对能力。[方法/过程]首先分析情报资源在突发事件应对中的地位与作用,其次剖析情报资源的内涵与特征。在此基础上,提出一种情报资源动态聚合的框架设计,重点结合论述情报资源组织与情报资源聚合手段两方面。[结果/结论]突发事件应对中的情报资源动态实时性强,情报工作的参与实施难度高。情报资源动态聚合是横向过程与纵向深度两个维度构成的复杂系统工程,应参照突发事件应对中已有资源标准与技术规范,加强突发事件情报工作的资源建设基础与主动过程参与的并重发展思路。 相似文献

This article discusses the approach of two national governments to the use of the World Wide Web (WWW) as a means for providing information and other resources to the public. Each country has a view of information management and information delivery through the WWW. The United States links the actions of agencies to a strategic planning process involving the use of performance indicators, whereas New Zealand has a lesser commitment to information dissemination. Performance indicators reflecting a customer's perspective could apply to U.S. government WWW sites, thereby improving the public's right-to-know, open government, and public access. The article identifies future directions for research and evaluation, and illustrates that government information for both countries need not appear in textual form. 相似文献

We consider some issues of the development of the national information infrastructure in the field of innovation, including a national system of accounting for the results of scientific and technical activities (RSTA) and a national new-generation research computer network (NNGRCN). The current state of the national system of scientific and technical information and its resources for information support of innovation processes are analyzed. In the context of further development of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), we propose a Conception of scientific and technical support for programs and projects of NIS member-states in the field of innovation, making it possible to incorporate the existing innovation-oriented information resources into a joint distributed integrated information system as well as to create new information resources and technologies. 相似文献

[目的/意义] 在信息技术迅猛发展和信息环境急剧变迁的背景下,信息素养的内涵和标准在不断变化,需要构建一个与之相适应的教育体系,以完善信息素养教育体系和全面提升大学生的信息素养。[方法/过程] 在对元素养理论研究及实践发展的相关文献和我国高校图书馆信息素养教育体系的现状进行调研后,以元素养理论为基础,以美国《高等教育信息素养框架》的核心理念为参照,结合我国高校图书馆信息素养教育的实际,构建出“A-B-C-D”元素养培育体系模型。[结果/结论] 我国元素养教育应该注重元素养的阶段培育,依据目标深化教育内容体系,拓展教育模式和方法体系,协同教育资源和教育主体。同时高校图书馆元素养教育的实施,应灵活参照《框架》,立足于学生的实际需求和信息素养教育成果,建立专门的元素养培养队伍及合理的发展管理机制等。 相似文献
