The Australian National University Archives holds both the archives of the University and a large collection of business and labour archives in the Noel Butlin Archives Centre. Both are governed by collecting policies, and neither of these policies mention gender. The relative absence of women’s voices in both collections raises the question about whether archival policies should seek to redress past silences.  相似文献   

Update: The Invisible Farmer: securing Australian farm women’s history

This article reviews the Invisible Farmer project – the largest study of Australian women on the land – a third of the way through its three year funding period. It introduces the aims of this collaborative and multidisciplinary project, focusing on the role of records and oral histories in the creation of new narratives, and the task of raising public awareness of the important historical and contemporary contributions made by Australian women farmers. We examine the way digital platforms work to curate records and promote research, and outline the important role that the Australian Women’s Register, a core project of the Australian Women’s Archives Project, will play in achieving outcomes.  相似文献   

心理契约视域下社会化阅读用户的退出、建言、忠诚和忽略行为

社会化阅读是伴随着互联网特别是移动互联网而产生的一种具有虚拟社区特点的全新阅读模式。为了全面揭示和解释社会化阅读用户的情感和行为,本文将组织行为学中的心理契约理论延展到社会化阅读虚拟社区,通过构建研究模型,采用焦点小组访谈与问卷调查相结合的方法进行实证检验;探究了用户感知信息价值和感知社交价值对其心理契约违背的影响,以及用户在社群化阅读的情境下心理契约遭到违背后所引发的退出、建言、忠诚和忽略行为。研究表明:①感知社交价值和感知信息价值与用户的心理契约违背之间均有显著的负相关关系,但对交易型和关系型两种不同类型的心理契约影响有所差异;②社会化阅读用户的交易型心理契约违背与建言行为和忠诚行为均呈负向显著关系,但与忽略行为和退出行为并无显著关系;③关系型心理契约违背与建言行为和忠诚行为呈负向显著关系,与退出行为和忽略行为呈正向显著关系。图2。表6。参考文献 57。  相似文献   

公共图书馆转型背景下的噪音问题——基于微博的调查

文章以用户在微博上发表的对公共图书馆噪音的看法为数据来源,使用内容分析和情感分析方法研究用户对噪音的认知,分析噪音的来源。研究发现:用户对公共图书馆的噪音问题表示关注和不满;大城市公共图书馆被用户提及最多;用户认为安静才是公共图书馆的应有之义;在用户认为的噪音来源中,用户因素远高于其他因素,最主要的噪音源是少年儿童吵闹。对策包括:转变用户对公共图书馆严肃安静的刻板印象;依据用户需求合理规划空间;改进馆内管理工作。  相似文献   

奥运会男子篮球竞技格局与发展特征研究

采用文献资料、ABC分类和数据统计等方法，以历届奥运会男篮比赛前8名国家为对象，旨在剖析奥运会男子篮球的竞技格局和发展特征。由于政治动荡，以及区域经济和文化的发展与变迁，在各个不同的历史阶段，世界男篮呈现出不同的竞技格局。但从整个历程来看，欧美对抗是一种常态，大洋洲和亚洲实力相当且与欧美有很大差距，非洲则一直处于落后地位，从未有任何国家进入过前8名。就各国实力而言，美国一枝独秀，共获得14次冠军，原苏联和前南斯拉夫在20世纪5080年代能与美国分庭抗争，西班牙、阿根廷和巴西具有超强实力。随着竞技篮球职业化和全球化的推进，使美洲“个人篮球”和欧洲“整体篮球”风格相互融合，奥运会男篮比赛的对抗性、观赏性和商业性更强，其重要地位也进一步得到凸显。当前处于低谷的中国男篮，只有加强优秀教练员和球员的储备，推进CBA联赛管理体制改革，才能实现竞技能力和竞赛成绩的新突破。  相似文献

改革开放历史起源之一是对计划经济体制在中国最初实践经验的思考和结合中国实际进行改革的初步尝试。1950年代,中国共产党人在推进社会主义改造和建立社会主义制度的同时,就提出、探讨了将苏联计划经济同中国具体实际相结合、建立中国式的社会主义经济体制这样一个历史课题。在实践中,中共提出了发挥中央和地方两个积极性、社会主义经济是计划性与多样性和灵活性的统一、三个主体与三个补充相结合等一系列思想,取得了丰富的经验。这些思想和经验成为中国特色社会主义兴起的重要基础。  相似文献

Classical Chinese reading instruction: Current practices and their relationship with students' strategy use and reading motivation

The study examined current practices in Classical Chinese (CC) reading instruction in Hong Kong and the relationship between different instructional practices and students' strategy use and motivation in CC reading. A total of 519 secondary students voluntarily responded to a questionnaire that measured their perception of CC reading instruction, strategy use, and motivation. The findings indicate while teachers frequently teach both the language and content aspects of CC reading, the teacher-centered approach they are now adopting is ineffective in facilitating students' CC reading development. Relations between different instructional approaches and students’ strategy use and motivation in CC reading are discussed.  相似文献

采用文献资料法、录像观察法和秩和比法等,对参加31届奥运会男篮比赛球队的攻防能力进行综合量化评价,并将中国男篮与对手的攻防能力指标进行对比分析.结果显示:中国男篮进攻RSR处于D级,在得分、助攻、3分球命中率与罚球命中率上,与对手存在非常显著性差异,在失误数、进攻篮板、3分球出手数上与对手存在显著性差异;中国男篮防守RSR处于D级,防守篮板数比对手少,而失分和犯规数比对手多,且在犯规数上与法国男篮存在显著性差异;中国男篮攻防RSR处于E级;球队最终排名与进攻RSR值和攻防RSR值之间存在非常显著性相关.  相似文献   

Ethno-national boundaries in the construction of “dirty-work” occupational identity: The case of nursing care workers in diversified workplaces

Diversified domains, such as workplaces, are suitable social fields for the study of ethnic identities, because identities are constructed through comparison and negation, that is, by identifying what or who the “other” is. In the present study I explore the talk of hands-on nursing care work, a stigmatized occupational field, to illuminate ethnic identities and the strategic boundary work that care workers conduct. The study is based on 14 months of field work and 51 interviews and observations at two Israeli geriatric wards with highly diverse staff. I show that actors negotiate their care worker identity by the opposite strategies of making and unmaking ethno-national boundaries. The first strategy denies and erases ethno-national boundaries by stressing universal professional values and individual virtues; the second one demarcates boundaries between ethno-national groups, using perceived cultural differences. The discussion addresses these antithetical evaluation frameworks in relation to theories of boundary making and unmaking.  相似文献
