A panel which included a librarian, publisher and e-book providers presented issues confronting the growth of e-books in the academic library marketplace. The e-book market projections are a small part of the higher education book market. Frontlist titles are demanded by libraries with suppliers eager to supply such titles. However, publishers are feeling their way through various rights and contract issues as well as business models as they determine which frontlist titles to provide in electronic form. The instability of business partners has contributed to publisher delays in releasing titles as e-books. No one, (librarians, suppliers, publishers) is throwing in the towel on e-books but the position this format takes in the publishing industry and therefore in library collections in the near future is unsettled. 相似文献

and School book markets. It also lists the key distributors, retailers and publishers in South India. The last page of the
article details the entry barriers for international publishers and proven techniques adopted by other publishers. Partnership
with Indian companies has worked well for many international publishers. All the statistics and data have been collected and

A comparison of analyses of the Scottish publishing industry carried out in 1992, 2002 and 2007 underscores the fragility
of the sector within a small country within the English-language community. A number of indices reveal either stability or
stagnation and the picture emerges of the remarkable tenacity of publishing in Scotland. Although there is already a significant
and vital element of state support for publishing in Scotland, further intervention will be necessary to ensure fulfilment
of its potential.

根据技术生态位的主体将技术生态位划分为来自政府的保护和企业的保护两个部分,构建了技术生态位影响制造业绿色工艺创新的面板数据模型,选取我国27个制造业行业2003-2011年的绿色工艺专利数进行实证分析。研究结果表明技术生态位对制造业绿色工艺创新产生了正向的综合影响。从政府保护的角度来看,政府的科技资金投入和技术开发减免税都对制造业绿色工艺创新产生了显著的积极影响,其中政府的科技资金投入对绿色工艺创新的作用更大;从企业保护的角度来看,企业的科技资金投入和创新人力资源投入均对制造业绿色工艺创新产生了显著的积极影响,其中企业的创新人力资源投入对绿色工艺创新的作用更大。 相似文献
