Appropriate model specification is fundamental to unbiased parameter estimates and accurate model interpretations in structural equation modeling. Thus detecting potential model misspecification has drawn the attention of many researchers. This simulation study evaluates the efficacy of the Bayesian approach (the posterior predictive checking, or PPC procedure) under multilevel bifactor model misspecification (i.e., ignoring a specific factor at the within level). The impact of model misspecification on structural coefficients was also examined in terms of bias and power. Results showed that the PPC procedure performed better in detecting multilevel bifactor model misspecification, when the misspecification became more severe and sample size was larger. Structural coefficients were increasingly negatively biased at the within level, as model misspecification became more severe. Model misspecification at the within level affected the between-level structural coefficient estimates more when data dependency was lower and the number of clusters was smaller. Implications for researchers are discussed. 相似文献

恐怖袭击不但会造成大量人员伤亡和财产损失,还会造成群众恐慌,对社会稳定有很大影响。旨在从数据分析角度,依据相关数据对恐怖袭击中蕴藏的信息加以分析,为防恐反恐提供有用信息。针对基于危害的恐怖袭击事件分级,根据GTD上1998-2017年数据信息进行数据提取,考虑到很多变量大面积缺失数据,首先对这些变量的重要性作简易评估并进行删减,然后对数据进行清洗和补充,最后根据特征提取和降维后的数据,分出事件对应的恐怖袭击级别。结果表明,深度学习中的深度置信网络（DBN）可以用于提取和减少预处理数据,且DBN可自动实现上述功能,无需太多人为干预。 相似文献

将基于多个嵌入图组合形式的半监督判别分析(SDA)以及核SDA(KSDA)应用于全监督的语音情感识别.在语音信号样本情感成分的预处理阶段,从样本语段中提取出多种特征及其统计参数,包括基音、过零率、能量、持续长度、共振峰和MFCC(Mel频率倒谱系数).在将样本特征送入分类器之前的维数约简阶段,使用经过参数优化的SDA或KSDA进行降维.Berlin语音情感数据库上的实验表明,在使用多类SVM分类器时的全监督语音情感识别中,SDA优于其他一些先进的基于谱图学习的维数约简算法,如LDA,LPP,MFA等,而KSDA通过核化的数据映射,能够取得比上述所有算法更好的识别效果. 相似文献

This article uses definitions provided by Cronbach in his seminal paper for coefficient α to show the concepts of reliability, dimensionality, and internal consistency are distinct but interrelated. The article begins with a critique of the definition of reliability and then explores mathematical properties of Cronbach's α. Internal consistency and dimensionality are then discussed as defined by Cronbach. Next, functional relationships are given that relate reliability, internal consistency, and dimensionality. The article ends with a demonstration of the utility of these concepts as defined. It is recommended that reliability, internal consistency, and dimensionality each be quantified with separate indices, but that their interrelatedness be recognized. High levels of unidimensionality and internal consistency are not necessary for reliability as measured by α nor, more importantly, for interpretability of test scores. 相似文献
