“卡题”是考试综合症的一种具体表现,在考场紧张的气氛中,有的考生感觉头脑一片空白,理不出头绪,看着题目很熟悉,甚至是以前做过的但就是记不出来,一出考场答案就浮现在脑海中,而且越是重大考试,越容易出现这种情况。“卡题”是由于焦虑造成的,焦虑是一种对环境无把握,又对不可知的未来感到威胁时的一种恐惧、忧虑、烦躁不安的情绪紊乱状态。在不同的情况下,焦虑的表现是不一样的,考试焦虑是由考试情境引起的一种特殊焦虑状态。其基本特征是思维不清、缺乏流畅性。主要原因有以下几种:  相似文献
