绩效评价是教师评价的重要内容。近年来高校教师绩效评价问题受到广泛重视,绩效评价指标设计方法可谓五花八门,设计出的指标之多令人眼花缭乱,然而,始终不能摆脱奖惩性高校教师绩效评价的束缚。本文以x大学为例,总结了当前教师绩效评价的诸多弊端,结合发展性评价理念,高校应建立校、院两级教学和学术委员会,实现“教授治校”、完善区分性评价指标、将评价纳入绩效管理的全过程,这样才能保障发展性高校教师绩效评价的实施效果。  相似文献

本文以不完全契约为基础,在金融契约和控制权配置理论的框架内,从缓解企业家与投资家相互套牢问题的角度,在扩展企业家风险偏好、假设企业状态变量不可证实的基础上,通过引入企业家事前努力水平、企业家与投资家讨价还价能力、企业中期绩效信号、投资家投资额、管理监督成本、项目清算价值等变量,建立了创业企业控制权动态配置模型,通过比较不同控制权配置方式下的双方收益与企业价值,确定控制权最优配置,研究表明:相机控制与投资家控制交替实现控制权最优配置;当企业家讨价还价能力较强时,或较弱时,如果绩效信号较低,投资家控制最优,企业价值不会随之变化;当企业家讨价还价能力较弱并低于临界值,如果绩效信号较高,相机控制最优,反之投资家控制最优,企业价值随之发生相应变化。  相似文献

This paper addresses the distributed control of delayed interconnected nonlinear systems with time-varying delays in both the local subsystems’ dynamics and the physical interconnections among the subsystems. The Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy model with nonlinear consequent parts (N-TS), which is capable to provide less complex representations than standard T–S fuzzy models, is considered to efficiently deal with this class of complex systems. Then, based on Lyapunov–Krasovskii stability arguments, a synthesis condition is proposed to design a distributed control law such that the origin of the closed-loop interconnected system is locally asymptotically stable together with a guaranteed set of admissible initial conditions for which the validity of the N-TS fuzzy model is ensured. Moreover, a quasi-convex optimization procedure is formulated to enlarge the set of admissible initial conditions. The effectiveness of the proposed synthesis condition is validated in two numerical examples, including an interconnected power network with seven generators.  相似文献

The current parking trajectory planning algorithms based on geometric connections or formulation of optimization problems in automatic parking systems have strict requirements on the starting position, lower planning efficiency and discontinuous curvature of the reference trajectory. In order to solve these problems, a hierarchical planning algorithm which is combined with nonlinear optimization and the improved RRT* algorithm (Rapidly-exploring Random Tree Star) with Reeds-Shepp curve is proposed in this paper. First, the improved RRT*RS algorithm with the rapid repulsion-straddle experiment is designed for enhancing the efficiency of path planning. Second, because of the shortcomings of the Reeds-Shepp curve that can meet the minimum turning radius but not realize the continuous curvature of the path, a nonlinear optimization problem based on convex-set obstacle constraints is formulated and solved. Finally, simulation results show that the proposed parking trajectory planning algorithm in this paper can plan an effective parking trajectory with continuous curvature in different starting positions and multiple parking scenarios.  相似文献

Strap-down seeker is rigidly fixed onto the missile body, which results in detection information being coupled to the missile’s attitude and having a narrow field-of-view (FOV). During the terminal guidance flight, attitude adjustment of the missile may lose the target’s lock and reduce interception accuracy. Therefore, this paper investigates three-dimensional integrated guidance and control (IGC) under the constraints of the FOV and roll angle for skid-to-turn (STT) missile with strap-down seeker. A new low-order IGC model is constructed by establishing a second-order model of body line-of-sight (BLOS) angle based on strap-down decoupling theory and combining it with the second-order roll angle equation. Furthermore, a low-order fixed-time IGC scheme is developed using the integral barrier Lyapunov function (iBLF) to limit BLOS and roll angles. Fixed-time filter, which avoids the “complexity explosion” caused by conventional back-stepping technique, is utilized for obtaining virtual control command and its derivative. A fixed-time disturbance observer is introduced to compensate for the lumped disturbance. According to Lyapunov stability theory, it is proven that the proposed IGC scheme can make the closed-loop system converge within a fixed time. Finally, the effectiveness and robustness of the IGC scheme are verified by various numerical simulations.  相似文献

In this paper, the observability problem of Boolean control networks (BCNs) with stochastic disturbances is investigated via two kinds of control schemes: deterministic control and state feedback control. Firstly, based on the proposed indicator matrix, a simplified system of the original augmented Boolean system is constructed. Based on the analysis of the auxiliary system, observability of the original BCN is converted to determine whether an observable set can be reached from another unobservable set. After that, some necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained to judge the observability of BCNs. At the same time, two algorithms are proposed for designing these two types of control sequences. Finally, numerical simulations are also provided to demonstrate feasibility of the theoretical results.  相似文献

Aiming at the problems of unstable batch control of key crystal quality parameters and susceptibility to batch-to-batch non-repetitive disturbances during repeated operation of single crystal furnaces, this paper proposes a data-driven iterative learning model predictive control method based on an adaptive iterative extended state observer (IESO) for designing melt temperature and crystal diameter learning controllers with disturbance suppression. By applying dynamic linearization techniques and model predictive control strategies along the iterative axis, an ILMPC scheme with disturbance compensation terms using only input and output data of the system is designed. Among them, adaptive IESO is used to estimate the disturbance compensation terms. Then, the theoretical analysis shows that the tracking error of the ILMPC scheme can converge to a bounded range as the number of iterations increases. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed control method, which not only ensures that the control system has learning ability, but also achieves stable and accurate control of crystal quality parameters.  相似文献
