针对模糊C均值聚类算法易于陷入局部极值的问题,设计了一种基于混沌振荡粒子群优化的模糊C均值聚类方法。该方法在标准PSO算法中设计了一个振荡环节并引入混沌理论以增加算法的多样性和收敛性,接着把优化后的PSO算法和模糊C均值聚类算法相结合。文本聚类的仿真实验表明,相对于PSO-FCM算法和FCM算法,CCPSO-FCM算法具有良好的全局搜索能力和收敛速度,聚类效果良好。 相似文献

粒子群优化(PSO)粒子滤波算法比较而言,容易陷入局部最优,因此算法的准确度就会降低。本文在解决该问题时引入了一种基于鱼群的PSO粒子滤波算法。此算法是通过鱼群优化在采样过程中找到全局最优的相对位置,使其能够向全局最优的位置逐渐接近,同时提高估计有效的粒子数目,从而能够更有效的减少粒子退化与枯竭问题。实验表明,此算法与PSO粒子滤波算法相比,在估计准确度方面有了较大的提升。 相似文献

对隐性知识外显案例实施有效适配,于知识应用乃至创新、实现乃至增值知识资源的价值,具有重要意义。本文深入研究了隐性知识外显案例适配机理。首先,采用毕达哥拉斯模糊集对知识属性值进行处理,建立知识表达系统;接着,运用K-Means算法对FCM聚类算法进行改进,压缩匹配空间、提升案例匹配效率;而后,基于PFS相关系数求解知识供需间的视图相似度,从而获得适配案例集。在此基础上,构建随机森林适配模型,并采用粒子群算法对其优化,以确保适配效果。与传统算法的对比实验验证了本文算法的比较优势。 相似文献

The impact of electric overhead radiant heaters on the microclimate, air flows, transport and deposition of suspended particulate matter (SPM) was monitored between March 2004 and March 2005 in the historic churches of Saint Michael Archangel in Szalowa and Saint Catherine in Cracow (Poland). The measurements show that although irradiation at the floor level increases temperature and reduces relative humidity in the interior of the church, the effect out of the heated zone and for the surfaces sheltered from irradiation is very limited, i.e. their extent is comparable with natural fluctuations inherent to the local climate of the church. The radiant heaters proved to generate little convectional flow of the air. Therefore, the heating system was not found to increase the concentration of SPM indoors; in particular, no re-suspension of particles already present in the church was observed. This work has demonstrated that the overhead radiant heaters are capable of providing localised heat to the areas where people congregate without adversely affecting painted walls and the works of arts displayed in churches. 3D quality inspection is widely applied in many industrial fields including mould design, automotive and blade manufacturing, etc. A commonly used method is to obtain the point cloud of the inspected object and make a comparison between the point cloud and the corresponding CAD model or template. Thus, it is important to align the point cloud with the template first and foremost. Moreover, for the purpose of automatization of quality inspection, this alignment process is expected to be completed without manual interference. In this paper, we propose to combine the particle swarm optimization (PSO) with iterative closest point (ICP) algorithm to achieve the automated point cloud alignment. The combination of the two algorithms can achieve a balance between the alignment speed and accuracy, and avoid the local optimal caused by bad initial position of the point cloud. 相似文献
