通过力竭运动模型,应用SigmaSan Pro图像分析软件对安静时、运动后即刻、运动后6小时和24小时时大鼠皮层和下丘脑组织中毛细血管的超微结构进行了定量计算。结果发现:力竭运动引起组织内毛细血管管腔发生明显的变化;24小时后其形态基本恢复到运动前水平。此外数据显示力竭运动后皮层和下丘脑组织毛细血管管腔的变化情况不同,我们认为两个脑组织中毛细血管的疲劳和恢复有所不同。  相似文献

为探讨运动对细胞免疫功能的影响 ,检测了 7名男子田径运动员 1次急性疲劳性运动前和运动后即刻、3h、2 4 h的外周血 T淋巴细胞转化 (TL T)、白细胞介素 - 2 (IL- 2 )活性和皮质醇及胰岛素浓度的变化。结果 :在运动后即刻 ,TL T显著增强 ,IL- 2活性和血浆皮质醇浓度分别略有上升和下降 ;在运动后 3h,前 2项指标和血浆皮质醇浓度分别明显增强和降低。这 3项指标在运动后 2 4 h均恢复到运动前水平。 IL - 2活性变化与皮质醇浓度变化有显著负相关关系。胰岛素在运动前后无明显变化。提示 :1次急性适度运动可提高人体的细胞免疫功能 ,并可持续数 h。这种变化与血浆皮质醇浓度下降有一定关系  相似文献

In an effort to understand the role of interhemispheric transfer in numerical development, we investigated the relationship between children's developing knowledge of numbers and the integrity of their white matter connections between the cerebral hemispheres (the corpus callosum). We used diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) tractography analyses to test the link between the development of the corpus callosum and performance on symbolic and non-symbolic numerical judgment tasks. We were especially interested in the interhemispheric connections of parietal cortex in 6-year-old children, because regions of parietal cortex have been implicated in the development of numerical skills by several prior studies. Our results revealed significant structural differences between children and adults in the fibers of the corpus callosum connecting the left and right parietal lobes. Importantly, these structural differences were predictive of individual differences among children in performance on numerical judgment tasks: children with poor numerical performance relative to their peers exhibited reduced white matter coherence in the fibers passing through the isthmus of the corpus callosum, which connects the parietal hemispheres.  相似文献

观察了8周中等运动强度训练对大鼠力竭运动后和安静时大脑皮层和心肌脂质过氧化水平,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)和脂褐素含量的影响。结果显示:中等运动强度训练,可降低大鼠大脑皮层和心肌力竭运动后和安静时脂质过氧化水平,减少脂褐素的产生,提高超氧化物歧化酶活性,增加安静时两组织还原性谷胱甘肽含量。此结果表明,适量的运动训练具有一定的抗衰老作用。  相似文献

提取成功和提取努力是情节记忆提取过程中所包含的两个重要加工成分。以往研究表明,在提取过程中所一致激活的脑区包括内例颞叶、前额皮层和后顶皮层,其中内侧颞叶与后顶皮层主要负责成功提取,而前额皮层与提取努力的联系更为密切一些。但不同脑区的不同部位可能对提取加工有着不同的贡献,未来研究将进一步细化它们的具体功能。  相似文献

本文用 H-600型透射电子显微镜观察了6例眙儿大脑皮层枕极245个突触的超微结构,结果表明在4.5个月胎儿枕极大脑皮层未见到突触,在5个月胎儿仅观察到少量突触,以后随胎龄的增加,突触数逐渐增多。在六个月以后胎儿大脑皮层,突触数明显增多,在新观察到的245个突触中,次轴树突触占绝大多数,占胎儿突触观察总数的77.6%。其次为轴棘突触,占胎儿突触观察总数的4.5%,从五个月胎脑开始观察到轴极突触,且这些轴棘突出的后成分中均不含有棘器。另外在胎儿枕极皮层,还观察到较多的轴-体突触,占胎儿突触观察总数的3.7%。此外,尚见到少量轴-轴,树-树,树-棘突触和串,并联突触。  相似文献

根据认知神经科学的研究成果,介绍了前额皮层、腹内侧前额皮层、眶额皮层、前扣带回皮层、基底神经节、杏仁核、海马在情绪智力中的作用。探讨了情绪加工回路中各部分的功能与识别、体验、表达、评价、调控情绪和情绪信息能力之间的对应关系。强调了情绪回路中的特异性情绪加工只是相对的,各部分之间更多的是协调作用,感情加工与认知加工在大多数情况下也是密不可分的。  相似文献

Marmosets are highly social non-human primates that live in families. They exhibit rich vocalization, but the neural basis underlying this complex vocal communication is largely unknown. Here we report the existence of specific neuron populations in marmoset A1 that respond selectively to distinct simple or compound calls made by conspecific marmosets. These neurons were spatially dispersed within A1 but distinct from those responsive to pure tones. Call-selective responses were markedly diminished when individual domains of the call were deleted or the domain sequence was altered, indicating the importance of the global rather than local spectral-temporal properties of the sound. Compound call-selective responses also disappeared when the sequence of the two simple-call components was reversed or their interval was extended beyond 1 s. Light anesthesia largely abolished call-selective responses. Our findings demonstrate extensive inhibitory and facilitatory interactions among call-evoked responses, and provide the basis for further study of circuit mechanisms underlying vocal communication in awake non-human primates.  相似文献

The athlete’s brain exhibits significant functional adaptations that facilitate visuomotor reaction performance. However, it is currently unclear if the same neurophysiological processes that differentiate athletes from non-athletes also determine performance within a homogeneous group of athletes. This information can provide valuable help for athletes and coaches aiming to optimize existing training regimes. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the neurophysiological correlates of visuomotor reaction performance in a group of skilled athletes. In 36 skilled badminton athletes, electroencephalography (EEG) was used to investigate pattern reversal and motion onset visual-evoked potentials (VEPs) as well as visuomotor reaction time (VMRT) during a simple reaction task. Stimulus-locked and response-locked event-related potentials (ERPs) in visual and motor regions as well as the onset of muscle activation (EMG onset) were determined. Correlation and multiple regression analyses identified the neurophysiological parameters predicting EMG onset and VMRT.
