This article describes the ongoing efforts at University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Libraries to evolve the role of the institutional repository (IR) and to effectively position it within the context of the Libraries’ collections, research support, and scholarly communication services. A major component of this process is re-examining the fundamental aims of the IR and aligning it to the Libraries and the campus strategic goals. 利用在以往农业产业化研究中被忽略的产权视角，对中国乳都呼和浩特地区农业产业化的兴起及其利益分配现状进行分析，可以看出：该地区农业产业化的兴起归因于准一体化的产权安排；同时由于该地区农业准一体化组织内部产权安排不当致使其有“强企业、弱农户”的利益分配不均倾向，必须通过矫正奶价确定、牛奶质量等级确定、牛奶质量检测等产权的权利主体来加以抑制。  相似文献
