| 摘 要： | 从微观角度看,道德原则是对"我应当做什么"这一问题的回答,从宏观角度看,道德原则又是对人类的行为和生活方式提出的规范与期望,因此道德原则的普遍性与有效性不仅是康德伦理学需要说明的问题,同时也与我们能否在生活世界中共享一些行动原则从而实现相互理解并尽可能地减少冲突等现实问题密切相联。面对康德意义上传统的道德原则在现代社会语境中遭遇的一些理论与实践方面的困境,当代建构式的康德伦理学进行了一种积极的探索与辩护。

| Abstract: | In a microscopic view,the moral principle is the answer of the question about "what should I do?" In a macroscopic view,the moral principles are the constraints and the expectations about the human actions and lifestyles.Therefore,the universality and the sufficiency of the moral principle are not only necessitated to explain in Kantian ethics,but also relevant to the practical question about whether we can accept some common principles and thereby understanding each other and reducing some conflicts.When facing the predicaments of moral principle in the condition of modern society,a theory of modern Kantian ethics conducts a kind of affirmative exploration and justification. |
