| 摘 要： | 站在当代社会的高度审视图书馆地方文献工作,则要求图书馆地方文献工作必须要关注“正在发生的历史”,面对当代社会的海量文献和社会对文献的猛增的需求,地方文献工作必须转变传统观念,着手构建当代地方文献体系,从文献征集、分类、使用和内容载体、工作分工等方面进行改革和创新,同时努力取得社会的认同和支持,营造良好的工作环境,使地方文献工作的潜在效能充分发挥出来。
