本试验研究了优生素对雏鸡淋巴器官发育的影响.试验选用100只1日龄草杂雏鸡,随机分为两组,即对照组和试验组,50只/组.基础日粮相同,优生素按照500g/t添加到基础日粮中.试验结束时,每组取10只鸡解剖采取胸腺、腔上囊、脾脏等样品置于Bouin固定液中,制作组织切片,HE染色,奥林巴斯显微镜观察拍照.结果表明,试验组鸡的胸腺小叶皮质增厚,胸腺小体增多;腔上囊皱襞发达,退化延缓;脾动脉周围淋巴鞘增厚,脾小结体积大.结论,优生素可促进胸腺和腔上囊的早期发育,延缓腔上囊的退化,增强脾的免疫应答反应. 相似文献

试验研究了中草药提取物"益绿素"对鸡免疫器官发育的影响。选用160只1日龄健康雏鸡随机分为试验组和对照组,中草药提取物"益绿素"分别按0%和0.2%添加到对照组和试验组鸡的基础日粮中,试验期30d。试验结束时从各组随机抽取30只鸡进行屠宰,采集鸡的胸腺、脾脏和法氏囊等样本。应用组织学方法制作组织切片,显微观察中草药提取物"益绿素"对鸡免疫器官发育的影响。结果表明对照组鸡的胸腺皮质较试验组薄,胸腺小体较试验组多,淋巴细胞排列较为疏松;试验组鸡脾脏红髓和白髓界限清晰,脾小体明显,动脉周围淋巴鞘厚,对照组鸡脾小体少且小动脉周围淋巴鞘较薄,淋巴细胞排列较疏松;对照组鸡法氏,囊皱襞缩小,并有退化萎缩现象;试验组鸡法氏囊皱襞较宽,法氏囊小结较大。中草药提取物"益绿素"作为饲料添加剂对鸡免疫器官的发育有明显的促进作用。 相似文献

本试验研究了半胱胺对鸡生长性能及淋巴器官发育的影响.试验选用1日龄草杂鸡160羽,随机分成2组,每组80羽;半胱胺分别按0和0.6g/kg添加到对照组鸡和试验组鸡的基础日粮中;试验期为30天.试验结果表明,试验组鸡的增重较对照组高2.44%,差异显著(p＜0.05);对照组鸡胸腺的髓质区较大,试验组鸡的胸腺小体较对照组鸡少;试验组鸡脾脏中红髓和白髓的界线较对照组鸡清晰,试验组鸡脾脏脾小体、脾索和脾窦较对照组明显;试验组鸡法氏囊皱褶较对照组大,对照组鸡法氏囊小结出现髓质和皮质分界线,而试验组鸡法氏囊小结没有出现髓质和皮质分界线.本试验的结果说明半胱胺对草杂鸡生长性能及淋巴器官的发育具有促进作用. 相似文献

选用9日龄雏鸡200只,随机分成5组,即:试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅳ组和对照组,每组40只,研究黄芪多糖对雏鸡生长性能的影响.黄芪多糖分别按100mg/L、200mg/L、300mg/L、400mg/L和0mg/L添加到各组雏鸡的饮水中,试验期为40d.试验结果表明试验组鸡的日增重较对照组高,差异不显著(P﹥0.05);试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ采食量和料重比较对照组低,差异显著(P﹤0.05);试验组Ⅲ和试验组Ⅳ采食量和料重比较对照组低,差异极显著(P﹤0.01);试验组Ⅳ、试验组Ⅲ和试验组Ⅱ死亡率较对照组低,差异极显著(P﹤0.01).说明黄芪多糖可提高雏鸡日增重,并降低采食量和料重比. 相似文献

试验研究了四黄提取物对AA肉鸡法氏囊组织结构的影响。选用1日龄健康的AA肉仔鸡200只,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组100只,分四个重复组。四黄提取物按200 mg/kg添加基础日粮中。试验期为42天。在42日龄时,从每个重复组中随机抽取10只鸡,颈静脉放血处死,采集各组鸡法氏囊的组织样本,置于Bouin固定液中,应用石蜡组织切片技术制作组织切片,OlympusCH-30显微摄影系统观察拍照。试验结果表明添加四黄提取物的试验组鸡的法氏囊较对照组鸡退化延缓,其中试验组鸡的法氏囊较对照组皱襞发达,法氏囊淋巴小结排列紧密。结果表明,四黄提取物可以延缓AA肉仔鸡法氏囊的退化。 相似文献

选用192只28±2d实验用清洁级SD大鼠,分为6组,每组32只,雌雄各半,分别饮用添加硼0、40、80、160、320和640mg/L的蒸馏水,试验期60d,分别于试验第30d(65日龄)和60d(95日龄)每组随机取鼠16只,雌雄各8只,10%水合氯醛腹腔麻醉,立即解剖取胸腺,称重,制作石蜡切片,HE染色,光镜观察并显微摄影.结果显示:与对照组相比较,65日龄试验Ⅲ～Ⅴ组雄鼠和试验Ⅴ组雌鼠胸腺质量显著或极显著降低(P＜0.05或P＜0.01);95日龄试验Ⅰ组雄鼠胸腺质量显著升高(P＜0.05),试验Ⅴ组雄鼠和雌鼠显著或极显著降低(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).65日龄和95日龄试验Ⅴ组雄鼠和雌鼠胸腺器官指数显著低于对照组(P＜0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组胸腺结构表现较明显促进作用;试验Ⅲ、Ⅳ组胸腺结构呈现一定的退化迹象;试验Ⅴ组胸腺结构退化现象明显,实质内淋巴细胞数量明显减少.试验结果表明,饮水添加40、80mg/L硼对大鼠胸腺发育及其组织结构有较明显促进和改善作用;添加160、320mg/L硼对胸腺发育有一定不良影响;添加640mg/L硼对大鼠胸腺发育则有明显的抑制甚至毒性作用. 相似文献

为了研究中药富硒硼酵母对草杂鸡生产性能的影响。试验选用1日龄240只草杂雏鸡,随机分成2组,即试验组和对照组,120只/组,公母各半。中药富硒硼酵母以1∶100添加到基础日粮中,试验期为6周。结果表明,对照组鸡的平均体重为932.67g,试验组鸡平均体重为976.37g,对照组鸡的料肉比为2.63,试验组鸡料肉比为2.42。试验组鸡较对照组鸡体增重差异显著(P0.05)。添加中药富硒硼酵母能显著提高草杂鸡的生产性能。 相似文献

目的:研究硼对大鼠脾脏发育及其组织结构的影响。方法:选用21±2日龄清洁级雄性SD大鼠100只,适应性饲养1 w后逐只称重,根据体重分为对照组和试验Ⅰ-Ⅸ组,对照组饮用蒸馏水,试验Ⅰ-Ⅸ组分别在蒸馏水中添加5、10、20、40、80、160、320、480、640 mg/L的硼,试验期30 d。结果:与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ大鼠脾脏重量和器官指数均显著升高(P0.05或P0.01),脾脏组织结构清晰,脾小结增多,脾小结面积显著增大(P0.01),动脉周围淋巴鞘增厚,其中试验Ⅲ组极显著增厚29.38%(P0.01);试验Ⅷ和Ⅸ组大鼠脾脏重量和器官指数均显著降低(P0.05或P0.01),脾脏白髓结构模糊,动脉周围淋巴鞘厚度显著降低(P0.01),脾小结面积显著减小(P0.05或P0.01),淋巴细胞排列疏松,其间有较多空泡和缝隙。结论:饮水添加硼10~40 mg/L硼对雄性大鼠脾脏发育及组织结构有明显改善作用,添加480和640 mg/L硼则有不同程度的损伤。 相似文献

选用2600只196日龄罗曼褐商品蛋鸡,随机分成两组,每组1300只鸡,试验组以豆粕为蛋白源配制无鱼粉日粮进行饲喂,对照组饲喂含有3%进口鱼粉的日粮,观察两种日粮对蛋鸡产蛋性能及蛋品质的影响。结果表明,试验组的产蛋率、料蛋比、蛋壳颜色、蛋白比率、蛋黄比率、蛋壳比率、蛋形指数、哈氏单位、蛋壳厚度以及蛋中的水分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、钙、磷等方面与对照组差异不显著(p>0.05)。试验组能明显降低试验鸡的死淘率(p<0.05),且平均蛋重高于对照组。试验组的软、破、异形蛋率比对照组降低了0.14个百分点(p<0.05),但试验组鸡蛋血、肉斑率比对照组高9.5个百分点,差异显著(p<0.05)。 相似文献

The problem on the geometrc inequalities involving an n-dimensional simplex and its inscribed simplex is studied. Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius. Using virtual reality for interactive design gives a designer an intuitive vision of a design and allows the designer to achieve a viable, optimal solution in a timely manner. The article discusses the process of making the Virtual Reality System of the Humble Administrator＇s Garden. Translating building data to the Virtual Reality Modeling Language （VRML） is by far unsatisfactory. This creates a challenge for computer designers to do optimization to meet requirements. Five different approaches to optimize models have been presented in this paper. The other methods are to optimize VRML and to reduce the file size.
